Nice semi-detached house with garage in a quiet area

Beautiful house in a very quiet residential area, ideally located close to all shops, beaches, and golf. 1km from the port of Cassy (tasting huts, restaurants, etc.) 1km from the beaches on the bay side 5 minutes by car from the centre of Andernos (cinema, covered market, beaches, restaurants, shops, etc.) All equipment/furniture is new (2022) Outside, a large covered terrace, a barbecue, and a large garden. Three bicycles are available: two adult and one child's, with a cycle path right next door that goes around the Arcachon Bay.
