Hilton Head Island is both a golfer's paradise and a beach goer's dream in an eco-friendly environment. Whether it's Islander's and Folly Field Beach, the championship-grade golf courses, the Wildlife Preserves, the outlet shopping, the miles of bike paths for bikers or joggers, lagoons for fishing and wildlife viewing or just the beautiful weather it's a memorable vacation spot to enjoy with friends and family.

Our renovated villa 14A is located in a tranquil setting of pines, oaks and tropical palms named "The Links" in Port Royal Village. The villa overlooks the seventh fairway of the Barony Golf Course. It offers a private community pool(April-October) and is also convenient to the Oceanfront Westin Hotel.

Our villa is one level with an open floor plan with a clean, relaxing and welcoming decor. Some of our updates includes new wood-vinyl flooring, new furnishings and freshly painted throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Full size washer & dryer. Large dining room table. Two master suites with newly purchase king-size bed (same mattresses used in Marriott Hotels) each with private bath. One bedroom with twin beds and private bath plus an inflatable "Dream Series" Queen size bed to accommodate additional guests. The screened in porch is ideal for the morning coffee or simply relax, read a good book or watch the golfers hit from the seventh tee.

We use a keyless entry system so you will not have to go to a management company to pick up or drop-off keys.

Our rates include: All linens, departure cleaning, beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys for the kids.

As an extra amenity for our guests, we offer a four person golf cart. The golf cart doesn't have a beach parking pass so regular meter parking is necessary. The golf cart is not a guaranteed part of the rental, no refunds or cancellations if not available.

Our carport can park two vehicles.

We are flexible regarding arrival date and number of nights during the low season. Feel free to inquiry.

We have stayed in several condos in The Links over the years and 14A is definitely our favorite! The condo was clean, inviting and beautifully decorated. There were so many little extras that made this place so special. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap and hand soap in every bathroom. We cook most nights and the kitchen was well equipped with spices, oils, baking needs, baggies, foil and parchment paper, dishwasher pods, dish soap, crocpots, coffee pots and a vegetable chopper! They provided a large beach bag, backpack cooler, beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys etc. We had a very nice welcome bag with snacks and water. The owners just didn't miss a thing when thinking about their guests! We would love to stay here again! Thank you again for making our vacation so special!

Love the Links!

Wonderful unit with very thoughtful hosts! They left bottled water, salsa and chips as a welcome. Although we always bring beach chairs , an umbrella and towels they also provided them as well as stocking the bathroom and kitchen with necessities. Would definitely return!

Love this place

Had a wonderful stay. Family vacation everything was clean. Fully stocked kitchen. And a bonus golf cart was available! We would definitely stay here again. The owner’s were quick to respond. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location in a really cute villa!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. It had everything needed for your beach vacation and so convenient to everything! Our first trip to Hilton Head and we loved it! The only thing I would suggest is paying the fee for the golf cart at the state park, raise the rent to cover the cost and it would be an added bonus for the renters. Overall loved our stay!

Wonderful place for our family

We spent our 5th summer vacation at 14A The Links and we love it there! The updates over the past year are lovely. The beds are comfortable and the location is perfect with quick access to the beach, pool and bike trails. Deborah was so quick to respond when we needed anything. We'll definitely be back!

Family Vacation

I’ve rented vacation homes, condos etc for years. This villa was among the best I’ve ever stayed! Very well equipped, very clean, great communication from the owners etc. We are already considering a return trip next year. That says a lot!

Great house

We stayed here with one other couple for the last two weeks in March. Everything was perfect. Deborah and Fred have done a great job of remodelling and our every need was met. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. It served as a great base for our day trips to Savannah, Charleston and of course golfing. I would highly recommend this property to anyone for their next Hilton Head vacation.

Wonderful property. Updated, beautifully decorated, and includes absolutely everything you will need for a vacation. Very clean! We enjoyed our family vacation with our 3 teen daughters. Plenty of space, and the golf cart was great to ride back and forth to the beach. The owners were so sweet, and quick to respond to all messages. We will definitely return!

Lovely well appointed home

Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Screened porch was a plus overlooking the golf course. 2 king beds a definite bonus with 2 couples. Nice walk to the beach. Home owner responses to a minor issue was immediate and dealt witth quickly.

2020 family time

Owners are great to communicate with, property was accurately described, and had personal touches rarely found in rental properties. Cleanliness was top of the list especially during this challenging travel period. Having the golf course setting and the screened in porch area was a great additional living area and atmosphere watching the golfers. Would totally stay here again without hesitation.

Wonderful week in Hilton Head!

This house was super clean and very comfortable- everyone loved it! Furnishings were so nice; bedding extremely comfortable. Loved the screened in back porch overlooking the fairway! Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and we used it a lot for our group of 6- my husband and me, our 20 and 17-year-olds and their friends. Owners were very responsive and informative; check-in was a breeze with just a code for the door (no going somewhere to pick up keys etc). Location is beautiful with lots of shaded bike trails; pool nearby, and beach was an easy access with a nice boardwalk, showers, restrooms, and a mat out to the beach making it easy on the feet or for rolling a cart out. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!

Week at Hilton Head

This was our first visit to Hilton Head The Villa luckily for us became available last minute and we were able to reserve it. Everything is very clean and updated. We try to take our Lab(dog) with us on any vacation as she enjoys being with us and at the beach as much as we do. Communication was not really needed with the Owner as everything was perfect and in working order !!!’ (The questions asked were responded to immediately) Thanks for sharing your property with our Family (dog included) We now face going back to the working world.... You will not be disappointed with the property!!

Perfect Vacay Stay

Absolutely everything about the description of this home was spot on. It was very spacious for the whole family including my 3 year old. It was quiet, at the end of the neighborhood which has a nice view of the golf course from the screened in porch. Lots of board games, cookware, bedding, and a sweet tote bag of goodies! They have a very thorough manual with suggestions on the island and maps to help navigate through the neighborhood. The beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, AND golf cart was the icing on top! The pool was perfect and never busy when we went. The AC worked beautifully in the home, and the shower/bed in the master was wonderful. There were so many little details in this home which made our stay just that much smoother and just perfect! I can’t say enough great things about this home and the easy communication with Renata. Honestly, the best place you’ll stay on the island! Thank you!!

A Summer for Memories

Words cannot express how thankful we are to Richie and Renata for this wonderful home in Hilton Head. The South Carolina shoreline has long been a family favorite for many years, but this was our first time at this Villa. It did not disappoint!!! Beautifully appointed with everything a person could want. We would always remark that there was always some tool we have to buy to get our family situated but not this time. The house had everything we could have ever needed and than some. That goes not just for the kitchen, but everything in the house down to the beach supplies. And the owners were fantastic. Always quick to answer any problems we ran into and also very generous. Our eldest son was recently given the working diagnosis of ALS, hence our need to go for a great summer vacation, never knowing when it could be his last. For this reason we wanted to get him a floating vest so he could go into the ocean. The Snells, upon hearing this, got the vest for him and set it aside for us. In short we have been to many rentals and worked with many owners, but one trip here has topped our list for both categories. A lovely home, a great location, and a fantastic owner to work with.

Great Place to Stay!

We enjoyed the condo and all its amenities. We were especially happy with the good supply of staples i.e. spices, Kleenex, shampoo & body wash. The condo was clean and well taken care of. My only suggestion might be to add a porch swing for the screened in porch:)

The best place to stay on Hilton Head

Awesome villa on the golf course. Tranquility, relaxation on the screened porch under the pines, and easy access to the beach - we love it all! It’s a one-story house, no stairs, which is great for the families with small kids or elderly people. Bedrooms are very spacious. AC is working great! Kitchen and grill have everything you might need. Golf cart is the blessing! Five minutes of the fun ride under the shady trees to the beach. We love it so much! Definitely will be back next year! Perfect in every way!

You know you have found a great home when you’re ready to book it for next year within 15 minutes of arriving! This condo is wonderful, super clean, very well laid out, and perfect for a family looking to enjoy a quiet week at the beach. They have everything you need, golf cart w/ parking pass (game changer btw), beach chairs/beach stuff, kitchen is well stocked and perfect for cooking. Space is updated and modern, honestly could not have asked for anything better. Nestled on a golf course, you can enjoy coffee watching folks play from the cozy screened in porch, or read a book while it’s raining. We have a toddler and it was laid out well for him, (they have a high chair and pack n play available) Great area of the island, I could go on and on. Thank you all for being doing the rental thing so well, truly was a pleasure and a much needed getaway for our family. Book this place and enjoy beautiful HHI!
