The modern furnished 2-room attic apartment is located in an idyllic and quiet location and impresses with its beautiful lake view of the loggia and the living room and bedroom. The roof terrace is oriented to the south. The apartment is part of a multi-family house, from which it is only a few minutes walk to Lake Constance. Other important facilities of the daily needs such as bakers, butchers, supermarket, restaurants, beach, train station, etc. are within a few hundred meters on foot.
