- Master Suite: queen bed, ensuite bathroom with washer/dryer, stunning wall arched niche
- Bedroom: queen bed, spacious, desk.
- Dormitory with lofts: 1 full bed on main level + 2 loft (ladder access) with 2 twin mattresses on the floor each – perfect for kids or adventurous adults. Opens to staircase/living room.

4 Bedrooms with Fans:
- Master Suite (top floor): queen bed, exposed reclaimed beams, wood flooring. Loft concept, open layout to bathroom and staircase.
- Children's Room: bunk beds (2 twins), secretary desk, private shower, books & toys
- Cozy Bedroom: vintage wrought-iron 120cm bed, perfect for 1 person (2 if cozy), antique school desk
- Basement Bedroom: 2 twin beds, whitewashed stone walls. Opens to staircase.

- Central terrace: long terrace with outdoor table for 8, sofa area for aperitifs. Facing main living room French windows.
- Small upstairs terrace: accessible from dormitory, perfect for coffee
- Half-vaulted, half-open terrace: table for 8-10 guests, plancha for grilling, aperitif area. Best of both worlds for shade & sun lovers. Great in rain!
