Cocoonr offers you this charming flat to rent in Fréhel, less than a kilometre from the beach, with a balcony overlooking the golf course. A swimming pool and sauna (extra charge) within the residence and wifi, it measures 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 travellers.

Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive 15 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and bath). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.

Communal areas:
- The residence has a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, open from April to the end of October.
- The pool is open from 9.30am to 7.45pm during school holidays and from 9.30am to 6.45pm the rest of the year. These times are indicative and subject to change.
- The wellness areas are shared by all residents.
- Each stay includes one sauna session per person.
- Access to the sauna in the swimming pool area is available on request and at an additional cost from reception.

The property is located in a quiet, pleasant residence in a residential area. You'll find all the amenities in the centre, just a few minutes' walk away: bakery, butcher's, mini-market, shops, restaurants, bars, etc.
