The house is located close to the church, shops and market (150 metres away) and 1,000 metres from the beach.
This charming house is functional, comfortable and has everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The house has an outdoor courtyard to make the most of the sunshine.
GROUND FLOOR:
A living/dining room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
A WC.
UPSTAIRS:
Bedroom 1 with a 140 x 190 cm double bed.
Bedroom 2 with 3 single beds (90 x 190 cm).
A bathroom with a shower, two sinks and a toilet.
The house is non-smoking.
Pets are not allowed.
The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Upon arrival, in addition to our welcome kit, we will give you a welcome guide with tips and advice on how to discover the Île de Ré in the best possible conditions!
The house is available for booking for a minimum of 5 days outside the summer period.

End-of-stay cleaning is included.
The hire and delivery of bed linen and towels are included in July and August (and optional outside July and August).
Key collection and a tour of the house are included.
Tourist tax is not included.
A security deposit of €500 is required before arrival (by credit card pre-authorisation or bank transfer).
