Modern, cosy cottage "Poldi". In the district of Oberhaus, in a quiet, sunny position, 7 km from the lake, 1.5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: beautiful garden to relax. Patio, arbour, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Oberhaus Ort" 190 m, thermal baths "Therme Amadé" 29 km, bathing lake "Aich" 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 800 m, ski lift 1.2 km, gondola lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 1.2 km, cross country ski track 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hauser Kaibling 1.5 km, Planet Planai 5 km. Hiking paths: Schafbauern Almen am Hauser Kaibling, Dachstein 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. ATTENTION: Schladming-Dachstein Summer Card (approx. end of May - end of October) with many benefits included!

Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Betten waren gut kuschlig, Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig, genau das was wir brauchten, um aus dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank

Tolle, schöne und saubere Wohnung. Super nette Vermieterin. Unkomplizierte An- und Abreise. Mit Auto 5min zum Lift Hauser Kaibling. Alles sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr nette Vermieter und eine sehr saubere, moderne, gepflegte Wohnung. Gerne wieder. Das zusätzliche Zimmer ist aber eher für größere Kinder geeignet, die nachts nicht unbedingt die Eltern brauchen, da die Wohneinheiten nur über das Treppenhaus verbunden sind.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage und ist liebevoll und mit mehr als allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Es ist sehr sauber und die Vermieterin ist nett. Den Garten haben wir nicht genutzt, da er gefühlt etwas zu nah an der Privatsphäre der Vermieterin im gleichen Haus ist. Kann aber auch nur unser Eindruck sein. War aber sich nicht nötig, da wir durch die Vorteile der Sommerkarte viel unterwegs waren. Die Ferienwohnung oben ist super, aber das Zimmer im Keller etwas muffig und klamm. Aber man kann es trotzdem gut nutzen. WLAN könnte besser sein. Trotzdem 4 Sterne von uns.👍😁

Das Apartment ist sehr praktisch und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur denken kann. Es gibt viel Platz um alle Skisachen unterzubringen. Das zweite Zimmer außerhalb des Apartments ist prima für Kinder die dort ihr eigenes Reich haben. Sehr gut für Familien.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung Poldi kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, gepflegt und alles ist vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch für Ausflüge ist die Lage sehr zentral. Egal in welchem Alter oder Jahreszeit, jeder kommt auf seine Kosten.

Bardzo fajna kwatera!

Czysciutkie miejsce. Gospodyni bardzo miła, nawet jeżeli nie mogliśmy się dogadać, ponieważ nie mówi po angielsku , a my nie mówimy po niemiecku. Kuchnia dobrze zaopatrzona. Łazienki funkcjonalne. Wszystko super. Blisko skybus. Jedynie narciarnia była troszkę nie taka jak powinna, był to garaż ale z stojakami na narty. Ogólnie super. Polecamy!!!!
