This cheerful two-story townhome is complete with 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and is located in the family-friendly Horizon South Resort, located on the West end of PCB, just minutes from Pier Park! This condo is exactly where you'll want to spend your family vacation with all of the wonderful amenities available!

On the first floor of this unit, you'll find a comfortable living area, with plenty of seating for the whole family to gather around the large flat-screen TV. Step into the kitchen to prepare a delectable meal and find everything your inner chef will need! Also located on the first floor, you'll find the Master bedroom, featuring a Queen bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is where you'll find the second bedroom, complete with two full beds, and full bathroom. Outside, enjoy your cozy, private patio with a shaded table that seats 5.
Horizon South has a plethora of wonderful community amenities for you to enjoy, including multiple pools & hot tubs, swings for the kids, basketball, tennis & shuffleboard courts and an indoor game room with pool tables - the perfect spot to beat the heat or hang out on a rainy day!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (SLEEPS 8)
1st Floor:
Master Bedroom: Queen Bed
The sofa does extend to a sleeper.
2nd Floor:
Guest Bedroom Loft: Two Full Beds

ARM BANDS AND PARKING PASSES
The guest bands and passes will be available in the security office from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM 7 days a week and they will also be available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the Association office. $20 per person. The office takes cash or credit cards only. No checks.

Great Stay and comfy beds!

We stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved this cute little place! It was clean, and PM kept in touch with me via text. No problems whatsoever. The only downfall is the complex's $20 per person fee and the parking fee. The last time we stayed here, they didn't have this fee. We did know ahead of time, but still an inconvenience. Overall the stay was nice, the beds were all comfy and they may have been new. Great stay!

Family Vacation

Overall the vacation was good. Some of the issues: 1. Hair and sand throughout the condo 2. The cost of parking pass and pool passes on top of what it cost for the facility. 3. Only one TV in the condo. 4. Said it would sleep 8 and there was no room to sleep 8. The description on the website is not like the actual unit.
