I was confused on how to work the smart lock at first but once we got in, it looked just like the pictures. Comfortable beds, pretty clean and everything worked. What more can you ask for! Me and my guests had no complaints and enjoyed our stay!
This home was wonderful for my family. Very spacious! Clean but could really use a deep cleaning, kitchen appliances, cob webs, baseboards etc. It’s located in a very cute quiet neighborhood. Only thing it needs is linen for the pack n plays and extra blankets. I would definitely book again for my next trip to Charlotte, NC.
We rented this house as it was close to my daughter's wedding venue and it allowed furry guests too. The fenced-in back yard was fabulous and everyone had a wonderful stay. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. I will book this house again if I need a place in Charlotte for me and my family.
We are well experienced travelers and highly recommend this house to anyone needing a house in the southern Charlotte or Fort Mill area. We stayed for two nights for my daughters’ graduation and all really enjoyed the house. The host was very helpful and checked in to make sure all our needs were met.
The house was in a quiet neighborhood and the door code entry was easy to use. We stayed in and cooked one of the nights, and the house was clean and well equipped for our needs. The four bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. All the appliances were modern and worked well.
Be prepared that there is no cable on the TVs, but were easily able to our Netflix, Disney, etc. If in the area again, I would definitely stay here.
My friends and I had a great time at this property. I got in contact with the property to see if they had a blender but they didn’t and the next day one was delivered there. Talk about awesome hospitality!!! Everything was nice clean and neat.
This house was perfect for our stay in Charlotte. Less than 10 minutes to Carowinds and 20 minutes to downtown Charlotte. Quiet neighborhood, close to plenty of restaurants. Beds are comfy. Quality linens and towels are provided, which I find rare! The host even provides toliet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner and so much more! Above and beyond what most places provide. You won't be disappointed!
This was a great dog friendly, large home to host my family at Christmas. The large fenced yard was perfect for the dogs. The sleeping arrangements worked well for my group. We cooked a 3 course meal on Christmas Eve and played games on the table in the dining room. We watched movies on Christmas Day and enjoyed each other's company. This location was so nice being close to Carowinds and Lake Wylie, SC where other of my family members live. I will stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality.
We had a wonderful stay. My father in-law is 97 years old. He has been wanting to spend time with his grand children and his great grand children. This was the perfect house. The house is in a great location. Lots of shopping in the area, lots of restaurants and only 6 minutes from Carowinds Amusement Park. The house was big enough that we were all able to spread out in our own areas. It is in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Management and maintenance are wonderful. We would highly recommend this location.
Somethings in the house were broken. previous leak in the house, but had Contractor ready to repair the next week. We came to visit area for Carowinds and had a blast. Accommodating for our dogs and family. Decor was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable after a long day at Carowinds. Property manager was so sweet and helpful to any needs that we had. Great backyard for our dogs. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit this location again
The house and location worked for our family vacation. It wasn’t a bad house but not a house I’d want to stay at again.
Heater went out on the first day and we had a repair person in the attic until 11pm. Strange noises in one of the bedrooms that turned out to be an animal in the wall so that room was unusable. The company that manages the house was very attentive to replying to these issues but they seemed to solidify my impression that this house could use some TLC- feels like a home that was flipped years ago and then forgotten.
Another super awkward thing is there is no window covering for a huge window above the bathtub in the master bathroom!
This is probably my 8th rental through Vrbo and this was the worst rental I’ve ever encountered. We rented this property to spend thanksgiving with family and were embarrassed by the upkeep of the property. Upon arrival we noticed an odor of residual smoke (possibly due the the carpeting) and contacted the property manager to let them know. We had to purchase air fresheners during our stay. The outdoor light was not functioning making for a hazard when dark. The temperature of the home ranged from 90 degrees upstairs to 60 degrees downstairs due to only one thermostat. The living room fireplace is not functional we tried to figure it out only to look inside and discover spiderwebs. The house needs a thorough cleaning as the walls were dirty and the floor moldings . The main floor bathroom needed sanding and paint for a patch job . There was a large tree limb in the backyard which kept me from letting my kids play in the back . The nespresso machine wasn’t working neither was the ice maker. The ceilings had several areas with cracks . Th main bedroom fan couldn’t be run as it clanked super loud. There is no door to the master bath so make sure the bedroom door is locked so that no family members accidentally walk in on you. Needless to say not worth over $3k for a 6 day stay. Property managers suggested transferring to another property with 2 days left in the stay and their consolation gift ? A $40 Uber eats gift caer which expired 48 hours after receiving it 👎

Worst Experience Ever!!!!!
I can’t believe even begin to explain my dissatisfaction. I booked this rental after reading the reviews and thinking I found a good place to stay. Upon arrival to the home, the outside of the property was poorly manicured, although not my biggest issue. We got inside the house, and it was a beautiful home. It wasn’t the cleanest. But it was workable. We tried to take showers that evening and realized that we did not have hot water. We reached out to the property and we’re offered a credit on another stay. For all the money we paid that was unacceptable. They also offered to move us to another unit at 12am! I advised I was not moving my 94 year old grandma and 4 year old son across town 30 minutes to the other property, I appreciated the offer but it was not feasible. They sent someone out to look at the hot water heater and the tech advised that the water heater was not properly installed and that it could be leaking gas into the home. After speaking with the property team I asked for a 50% refund and they agreed, and they also sent someone out the next day to fix the problem. After the techs left again. We had hot water for all of 10 minutes. UNACCEPTABLE. On our last night in the stay, at 4am we began to hear footsteps in the attic, forcing us out of the home at 5 am 6 hours before check out. After it’s all over the property not Vrbo has done anything to make me want to book with them again. I have asked for a full refund and being told that I just to suck it up. Sad.
We enjoyed our stay while visiting with family in the area for Thanksgiving. The house was clean and comfortable. We came across 2 concerns while staying in the house (a non-working coffee pot and leaking hot water heater) and the team was super quick to respond to fix both within a day. Their communication was clear throughout the process and greatly appreciated!
