It was an ok stay. The house itself was nice on the inside. The neighborhood was not that great. The neighbors had about 10-15 cars parked and was drunk the 1st night. It was loud music playing. Only 2 tvs in the house. It would have been nice to be able to watch tv before bed. The host was very nice and respectful but overall I wouldn’t stay here again. All the rules are unnecessary when the neighborhood already looks terrible. The excessive amount of charges that could happen when the neighborhood already looks the way it does is crazy.

The host and their management company were friendly and communicative. They welcomed us with a bottle of wine. The house was professionally cleaned. The house itself needs to be updated and refreshed. The mattresses are worn and no longer comfortable. There is minimal parking (2-3 cars max) and the neighbors block part of the drive. The location and neighbors are the biggest concern. The house is tucked away in neighborhood that has seen better days. One neighbor's yard was full of debris, the other was full of cars that made parking difficult. One of the neighbors had a party and threw a lawn tent into the back yard. We didn't make use of the hot tub as no one felt comfortable using it, though there is a fence around the backyard.Overall, would not stay here again but would consider another property the hosts own/manage.

Start by saying the host was very responsive and answered in a timely manner. That being said it was a beautiful house. The neighborhood was okay. The people that lived next door were drunk when we got there! and started an argument. It says there is a propane tank for a gas grill. It is not a gas grill. It is a charcoal grill. The backyard was dirty, had forks.Trash and cigarette butts and even a orange slice near the grill. The fence was busted up and repaired very cheaply. The hot tub was the worst part.It was pretty nasty, it smelled. And it didn't work. But the host did get somebody out there to clean most of it.And fix it which was awesome. There wasn't much glassware, as in cups. Manily wine glasses. The dishwasher had a really bad smell. We ran it two or three times to get the smell out! The pop-up In the backyard wasn't even popped up all the way and it had holes in it had 4 chairs. 2 of them had broken legs.. the host did have us a bottle of wine which was really sweet of them. It says there's a projector and a white remote. We never found the projector or the white remote. There's only 2 TVS in the house. The main bedroom downstairs and the living room. One of the beds is not a queen bed. It is a double bed. I can understand having rules and regulations. That is no problem but to say that you would charge outrageous prices for damaged towels, plates, ect.And all this other stuff, would be very understandable, if the stuff was worth it. We wont be staying there again.
