The Cocoonr agency offers this charming, air-conditioned house for rent in the town of Villeneuve-le-Roi. It has a surface area of 120 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests.

It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom (with bath), four beautiful bedrooms, one of which has a shower room, and a garden of around 360 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

First floor:
- Two bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190) and a desk area
- One bedroom with two single beds forming a queen-size bed (160x200)

On the mezzanine :
- A relaxation area with a sofa bed

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A beautiful 360 m² enclosed garden and a 12 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Villeneuve-le-Roi, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
