The kitchen comes stocked with dinnerware and all the equipment you need for everyday cooking. Each bedroom has its own private outdoor space, providing privacy for each guest while allowing for communal gatherings on the deck. The upstairs deck is a perfect place for sunset hangouts with friends & family and we hope you capitalize on the SoCal sunset as much as possible!

In terms of accessibility, this house is a 10 minute walking distance from the famous Villa Marina Marketplace Mall, 7 minutes walking from other local restaurants and cafes on Centinela Ave, and there are multiple name brand grocery stores less than a mile away.

Street parking is always available, no permits required. The house is located in a family friendly neighborhood therefore parties are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate cancellation.
