We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean and spacious and centrally located to many places we planned to visit. Communications with the owner was timely and it was nice having secured parking. Would definitely stay again!
The home was very clean as shown in photos. Host was easy to communicate with and provided check in information 24 hrs in advance via text message. Very clear instructions! There were 2 parking spots available in the garage which was convenient. Would definitely book again for future stay.
We had a wonderful stay at the condo! Just as advertised condo was clean and had a great location. Close walk to the marina and short drive to LA. Great communication with the host. Highly recommended!

Very spacious, neat and clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and all amenities in kitchen and bathrooms. Good parking (no extra charge). Well-managed (good communication, excellent directions). Needs better lighting, especially in common areas. An excellent value for the area.
The condo was just as advertised- beautiful, spacious, great amenities and perfect location for going to Venice Beach, Santa Monica and Hollywood! Nothing was too far! Annie was super helpful and responsive. Nice fitness center and pool. Couldn’t have asked for more!!
There weren't enough chairs (2) couch space (1) for everyone to be together in the main family room. And no bar stools. Also, parking directions were out of date as the razor blade company is gone so their temporary parking area was closed off. But we enjoyed the place, thanks.

Wohl eine typische Ferienwohnung. Ausreichend eingerichtet aber doch recht nüchtern. Das Inserat ließ vermuten, dass man nahe an einem Pool ist. Dieser ist aber im Nachbargebäude, wofür man erst ganz raus auf die Straße muss. Nah an der Wohnung ist ein Hot Tub - auch gut, aber wir wären schon gerne in den Pool gegangen.Bei unserer Ankunft stand die Wohnung sperrangelweit offen, auch die Terrassentür war nicht verschlossen. Das hinterließ einen unguten Eindruck. Eine Schranktür war komplett aus der Verankerung gerissen. Die Vermieterin wollte dies reparieren lassen, was aber während unseres Aufenthalts nicht erfolgte. Leider funktionierte das elektronische Schloss am ersten Abend bei unserer Rückkehr vom Strand nicht, sodass wir fast eine Stunde vor der Unterkunft standen. Die Vermieterin hat sich um einen Hausmeister gekümmert, der aber auch nur den Tip hatte, es über den Balkon zu versuchen, über den ich dann in die Wohnung eingestiegen bin. Die Sauberkeit war noch in Ordnung, aber schon in den Ecken staubig, etc. Wir würden das Objekt vermutlich nicht noch einmal mieten.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, the pool is part of the same complex and only a few steps away in the neighboring building, which is very typical for Los Angeles communities. The hot tub is directly by your unit.
It’s also standard for the door to be left unlocked for arriving guests, so it was not “wide open.” You’re in an upscale neighborhood and a secure building, so the level of concern seemed a bit exaggerated. The closet repair was already scheduled, and the maintenance man was already on the property, so your wait was closer to 15 minutes, not one hour. The smart lock issue has since been permanently fixed.
Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und liegt in einem Appartementkomplex. Derr Pool ist gut und es hat Sonnenliegen mit Sonne sowie Schatten.Die Lage ist ok, man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Santa Monica.Das Parkhaus ist mit dem Tandemplatz super.Es könnte mal wieder modernisiert werden…
