Welcome to this luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the upscale district of Studio City. The building sits on the famous Coldwater Canyon Avenue and is secure with iron gates and a coded entry. The unit also comes with two parking spaces.

The unit has been renovated and boasts a fresh coat of paint, new hardwood floors, and new furniture. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed. Both rooms have spacious closets. Welcome home!

Excellent home
I was very happy and well relaxed in this home which has everything for comfortable stay. Cozy, deep cleaned and secure. Location is great either! Parks, restaurants, cafes, shops are in walking distance. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful! Exceeded expectations!
The condo is absolutely lovely. Just as beautiful in person as it is in the pictures. The place is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. When I first arrived, it was evident that the unit had been deep cleaned as it smelled like Mrs. Meyer's. The building is also very secure. The main entrance gate is locked and no one can enter without a code. There is also a secure/ closed garage with two parking spots, which is super convenient. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer, which is a plus. The building is also quite small, I'm guessing 10-ish units in total, so it was very quiet and cozy. Lastly, I want to say that the owner is friendly, responsive, and helpful. I called him a few times with questions and he always picked up my calls and texted back. He even left a bowl of chocolates in the unit when I arrived. I would definitely recommend staying here and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The place was spotless and comfortable. Everything was close by and easy on/off to interstate. I always felt safe regardless of time I arrived/left. Great neighborhood for walking. Ali (the host ) was responsive to any needs 24/7. Would return 100%! Stayed for 3 months!
