The apartment is located in Alt-Saarbrücken in a 4-family house. It was extensively renovated in 2017 and lovingly furnished with its own and special charm. You will love “Charlotte” because you will feel at home here. Promised!

Very clean and nicely furnished with GREAT Host!

The bright and renovated 2 bedroom apartment with Livingroom, eat-in kitchen, and modern bath was very clean, nicely furnished, and well supplied with necessary appliances and kitchen/bath supplies. The Host was outstanding with communications and very helpful and patient with tourism-related questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

zu Gast bei Charlotte - sehr zu empfehlen

wir waren zum Familienbesuch für 4 Tage in Saarbrücken - und die Wohnung war perfekt für uns. Wir fanden sie exakt so vor wie beschrieben und haben dort nichts vermisst, sehr gut ausgestattet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ruhig und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke Charlotte!P.S. Eine kleine Einschränkung: Die Wohnung ist in einem Wohngebiet, deshalb kann es sein, dass man (gerade abends) keinen Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür bekommt, sondern ein paar Schritte laufen muss. Macht aber nix, die Wohnung reißt es dicke wieder heraus!

Vor ab, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!! Zwei kleine Kritikpunkte gibt es leider trotzdem. Die Spülmaschine war leider nicht ausgeräumt und man hätte vorher einmal durchwischen können.

Charming Charlotte - wir waren wohl in der falschen Wohnung?

Die Wohnung mit chic, charmant, spannender Stilmix zu beschreiben, finde ich gewagt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ziemlich heruntergekommenen Straße, die Räume sind dunkel und die Einrichtung scheint aus Omas Nachlass zusammengewürfelt. Die Terrasse, die an heißen Sommertagen Kühle spenden soll, erweist sich als schmaler, verwahrloster Streifen hinter dem Haus mit verdreckten Möbeln. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen sieht für mich anders aus. Die tollen Fotos lassen die Wohnung schöner erscheinen als sie ist.

Wie schade, dass Sie mit unserer Unterkunft „Charlotte“ rundum nicht zufrieden waren. „Heruntergekommen“ und „verwahrlost“ können und wollen wir so nicht stehen lassen und weisen dies aufs Schärfste zurück. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen der letzten 7 Jahre mit einem Score von z. B. 4,91*/5* bei airbnb und 8,9/10 Punkten bei booking sprechen eine andere Sprache und entsprechen auch der Realität, zumindest unserer und der meisten unserer Gäste. „Omas Nachlass“ ist in diesem Zusammenhang weder treffend noch fair. In dem Wohnzimmer steht ein antiker Schrank neben einer antiken Anrichte. Alle anderen Möbel inkl. Küche sind für das Apartment aus Möbelhäusern gekauft. Zudem werden wir in den Bewertungen für den gelungenen Stilmix, die liebevolle Einrichtung, die komplette Ausstattung sowie die Sauberkeit gelobt. Dafür einen von 5 Sternen zu vergeben ist harter Tobak für uns. Es bewahrheitet sich der Satz, dass man es leider nicht jedem recht machen kann, so sehr man sich auch bemüht.

Super-Ferien in Charlotte

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Charlotte ist eine sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienwohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. Ideal für einen Besuch in Saarbrücken. Der Kontakt mir dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm. Wir können diese Wohnung in ruhiger Lage nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr charmante Wohnung in Saarbrücken!

Wir waren über das Wochenende zu einer Hochzeit in Saarbrücken und hatten leider viel zu wenig Zeit um die schöne Wohnung ausgiebig zu genießen. Alles was man braucht ist da, die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
