Cocoonr offers this 100 m² chalet in Anould to rent for up to 8 people.

It comprises a 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a garden of around 1 hectare. Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and stove (pellets provided).
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

First floor:
- A landing with a double sofa bed (sleeps two)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 3: with two single beds
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful private, unfenced garden bordering the forest of around 1 hectare with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A terrace of around 150 m² around the chalet with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Anould, in very pleasant surroundings. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities :
- Walks in the Vosges: The region is ideal for nature walks, with many paths around Anould and its wooded valleys.
- Lac Blanc and other Vosges lakes: superb scenery, clear waters and opportunities for walks
- Mountain sports in winter: skiing, snowshoeing, tobogganing around Gérardmer/La Bresse
- Saint-Antoine d'Anould church: the village's landmark building
- Local festivals or concerts: musical or cultural events in Sainte-Marguerite, Xonrupt-Longemer or Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, depending on the time of year.

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the chalet's private car park (4 vehicles).

- Nearest airport: Épinal - Mirecourt, 90 km away
