Shower room with shower, sink and toilet.
The Residence is located on the heights of Saint Pierre La Mer, 900 m from the shops and 900 m from the sea. It has a swimming pool open from June 7 to September 24. Swimming pool open following government and prefectural decisions. A tennis court is also available upon reservation.

Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros/single bed kit: 9.00 euros/towel kit : with a large and a small towel: €8.00).
You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (Not in cash or checks).

The tourist tax is extra.
Not suitable for PRMs.
The keys can be collected from the Citygest agency between 3 [hidden] and 6 [hidden] during the summer season.
