Trop trop de bruit

La location est bien situĂ©e par rapport Ă  la plage et le marchĂ© mais la fĂȘte foraine sous les fenĂȘtres c'est invivable Soit on ferme les fenĂȘtres et on meurt de chaud soit on laisse ouvert et impossible de dormir avant 2/3 h du matin

Super emplacement pour un appartement trùs en dessous du prix que l’on paye !

Appartement trĂšs bien situĂ© en front de mer et prĂšs des restaurants/commerces et marchĂ©s. En revanche une fournaise ! Il n’a jamais fait moins de 29 degrĂ©s dans l’appartement ! A notre arrivĂ©e les rideaux Ă©taient grands ouverts et il faisait 32 degrĂ©s ! De plus, le frigo ressemble plus Ă  un radiateur malodorant qu’à un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur (il se situe dans une colonne qui surchauffe et donc chauffe le salon qui dĂ©jĂ  est trĂšs chaud de part la baie vitrĂ©e qui donne en plein sud !) quant aux aliments ils Ă©taient Ă  peine frais 
 bref on repassera pour avoir de l’eau fraĂźche ! Nous savions qu’il n’y avait pas de climatisation mais PAS DE VENTILATEURS !!! Ce qui est juste aberrant pour un logement situĂ© dans le sud ! Nous avons dĂ» en acheter sur place ! Ça a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs compliquĂ© de dormir les nuits car impossible d’ouvrir les fenĂȘtres avec le bruit avant 1h30 du matin vue qu’on est tout prĂšs de la fĂȘte foraine. Pas d’eau chaude quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s !! Étant donnĂ© que c’était dimanche l’agence Ă©tait fermĂ©e, nous avons donc appelĂ© le numĂ©ro d’urgence et 2h aprĂšs quelqu’un nous a rappelĂ© pour nous demander de vĂ©rifier si ce n’était pas un plomb qui avait sautĂ© (ce qui Ă©tait bien le cas 
) Chasse d’eau qui continue de couler tant qu’on ne l’a pas secouĂ© 
 volĂ© roulant d’une des chambres qui se bloque en donnant l’impression qu’il va rester coincĂ©. Meubles vieillissants et abimĂ©s 
 bref je ne recommande pas du tout surtout pour un sĂ©jour avec un bĂ©bĂ© ! A refaire je ne louerai pas

Mooi ruim eenvoudig ingericht app.

Komen al verscheidene jaren in hetzelfde app. Ligt centraal en is netjes. Een tip : de matrassen zijn ok maar oud en wel aan vervanging toe. De spreien zijn aan een wasbeurt toe (stoffige geur) qua hygiëne in deze tijden zeker aan te raden.

Eenvoudige maar nette woning vlak bij strand en winkels. In de buurt van kermis waar je geen nadeel van ondervindt. Vlotte bediening vanwege het verhuurkantoor.
