LIVING AREA

Kick back in the inviting living area after a day by the water. Relax on the sleeper sofa while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV. An electric fireplace adds a warm ambience.

KITCHEN & DINING

Create delectable meals in the well-equipped kitchen, fitted with a full suite of appliances and ample counter space.

When dinner is served, the kitchen table seats four.

BED & BATH

This condo sleeps seven guests between two bedrooms and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area.

The primary suite has a king bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed, and the second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Sip morning coffee on the private balcony off the bedrooms, complete with a two-person bistro table.

The balcony off the living area has a patio swing and bar seating for up to eight. Shared with the adjacent condo, this space overlooks the waterway leading to the bay.

Splash in the sparkling community pool, open seasonally from the end of May until October 1.

Reserved parking is available for one car in the carport. Additional guest parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis in the adjacent parking lot.

This single-level condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available.

The larger balcony is semi-open to the balcony of the adjacent condo (there is a partial divider wall).

LOCATION

Pack a picnic and relax on the beach, located a 5-minute walk from your door! Your rental is within easy walking distance of shopping, watercraft rentals, and a range of restaurants, from formal dining to quick bites.

Spend the day on the Ocean City Boardwalk or make memories at Jolly Roger Amusement Park's Splash Mountain. Other nearby attractions include DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Thunder Lagoon Waterpark.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Would stay again!

We loved the location of this home; close to restaurants, shopping and beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck that overlooks the pool and bay. The swinging chair was a favorite!

Good location but dirty

Location is good, but unit was dirty. Mold on door, mildew build up on curtains, lime build up on all shower heads and faucets, floor still had confetti and dirt from what ever party was held there before us. The dishwasher and kitchen cabinets are broken and some of the molding around the floor and ceiling are falling off. I get that it’s a rental space but whoever is managing the cleaning and upkeep are not doing very well. I would be disappointed if I was the owner.

Not exactly what I expected, but ok.

Pros: It was a cute place, parking was great. Nice location Cons: Housekeeping needs a lot of work as does maintenance. The mattress was stained as were the pillows. We had to double up on the pillow cases. The dishwasher was out of line with the counter which made it difficult to close. The refrigerator was dirty, hair in the ice tray. Ice maker broken. The kitchen light would light up now and then. The sliding glass door on the front and back patios extremely difficult to open. The screen in the living room slider had holes in it so we couldn’t let the fresh air in without bugs getting in. The electronic key pass code didn’t work it’s battery was dead. When we arrived, the Vacasa inspector guy was in our parking spot. He wasn’t able to get into the condo and had to call someone who gave him the key lockbox code. He just gave me the actual key. I had to call the hotline to get that code so we could put the key back in it’s box. When you’re a owner who rents to the public, you have a responsibility to keep your property properly maintained. This was not the case.

Ok this condo has a great bay view. It sleeps six but wouldn’t recommend more than 4 unless you don’t mind being tight. This condo has the potential to be beautiful with some much needed updates. They have carpets in the bedrooms which need to be removed and replaced with tile. It should be illegal to have carpets if you rent out a condo. No way to keep it clean. There isn’t a elevator but that doesn’t bother me. The entry door is absolutely filthy and needs to be painted as does the entire condo. The couch and recliner are clean but very old.the master bedroom is a good size and has a tv. The 2nd bedroom is tiny and has no place to put your clothes so I lived out of my suitcase. Also can use a tv in the room. The ice maker doesn’t work and should be fixed right away!!! The condo is close to everything and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The bathrooms were spotless. This condo is a diamond in the rough. A new paint job a few updates some new furniture and it’s a home run!
