Great Place to stay

This was a great place to stay. It was just close enough to Broadway to walk. There are so great places in Germantown, if you want to avoid the crazy of Broadway.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the front door locking system. The entry and garage codes worked great, but the front door codes were barely working. Then by the second day, the system completely stopped working and we couldn’t leave the condo because we couldn’t lock or unlock the door. We attempted to call to get the battery changed or fixed, but we were unsuccessful.

A Rare & Incredible Riverside Condo

I lived in Nashville for many years, so I knew what a great find this property was as soon as I saw it. Just the perfect location — a rare, right-on-the-Cumberland-River condo. I’ve never stayed any closer. You’ll wake up and walk out onto your 2nd-floor patio and look straight down to the river. If you’re in town for action, you’ll be right in the thick of it all. It’s a very short walk to the Sounds’ stadium, Brooklyn Bowl and to the Musicians’ Hall of Fame. Lower Broadway is about 7 blocks away, and Nissan Stadium is just a bridge across the river from there. And even though you’re so close to all that, Kick Your Boots Off is also on the Cumberland River Greenway, a 12-mile round-trip urban trail for biking, walking and running. The condo itself is beautifully designed and well-appointed. There was nothing I needed they didn’t already have on hand. Beds and linens were super comfy, and the kitchen situation was solid and ready for a more enthusiastic cook than I am. Parking is gated and easy once you get the hang of their advanced key code system. All in all, one of my very favorite stays in Music City. I will be back!!
