Come and discover our house, designed and built as a family. As passionate architects and musicians, we love bright, comfortable spaces where life is good. Splitting our time between Beaujolais and Strasbourg, we remain very attached to this house, which we love to open to curious travellers. Just 150 metres away, the greenway is ideal for jogging, cycling, or family walks. A perfect place to relax, reconnect, explore the region, or simply slow down! Our house is located in the village of Cercié and benefits from all amenities (butcher, bakery, Super U supermarket, newsagent/tobacconist, etc.). Spacious and resolutely contemporary, this 160 m² house is bathed in light, arranged around a patio, a terrace, and a landscaped garden, seamlessly extending the indoors to the outdoors. On the ground floor, the house is organised around the living spaces: a large, fully equipped kitchen where we love to gather, a TV lounge, and a warm dining room enlivened by a baby grand piano, the heart of our daily life. The comfortable and peaceful master suite features a high-end king-size bed, a dressing room, and its own shower room, with a separate toilet nearby. The upper floor is designed as a more intimate and family-friendly space: a second living room, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub and washing machine. An ideal floor for children, games, reading, or quieter moments. With excellent sun exposure, the house benefits from underfloor heating, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and large windows that let in the sunlight and bring the outdoors in. It's an elegant, comfortable, and peaceful place that we love to live in and would be delighted to entrust to you for the duration of your stay.
