Condo was booked and asked to be fully paid, without options of having it refunded if cancelled.2 days prior to arrival, host sent a message to tell me it was a mistake and that it shouldn't have been available. Then, asked for cancellation and refund, in order to book another appartment for my family. No more answers. Had to go through Vrbo support to get my refund.

Bonjour oui comme indiqué nous n’avons pas validé votre réservation elle s’est fait en automatique sans que l’ont puisse faire quoi que ce soit nous avons immédiatement prévenue le site qui a fait le nécessaire pour vous remboursé je vous ai prévenu aussi tôt que j’avais eu connaissance de votre réservation. Il m’a pas semblé vous avoir manqué de respect sachant que j’ai tous fait pour vous prévenir. Donc votre note garder la pour vous car ce n’est pas correct ni la vrai vérité du déroulement de la situation
