Holiday home with fenced garden 3kms from the beach in a dead-end street

In a dead end road 3 kms from the beach, our rental house is surrounded by greenery, opening onto its fenced garden, with a terrace.
The ground floor is composed of a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen area, dining room and a lounge area and toilet
1st floor
2 bedrooms:
- bedroom 1: double bed
- bedroom 2: double bed
A bathroom + WC

On the 2nd floor:
-Bedroom 3: 3 single beds
Bathroom and toilet

Equipment: TV Kitchen: Microwave + Filter coffee maker + espresso + Toaster + Stove with hob and electric oven + Fridge Freezer Washing machine Barbecue PGJyPg
Garden tables and chairs
Possibility to provide cot and high chair for free
No Booking for an event or party.
Sheets and bath linen are not provided, please bring the necessary.

A cleaning deposit of €150 will be required on arrival. It will be returned to you at the time of departure if the accommodation is left clean and the cleaning done.
