Traumhaft erholsam!Wir (Eltern mit 3 erwachsenen oder jugendlichen Kindern) hatten schon luxuriösere Villen mit Pool, Jakuzi, Billard, Kicker etc etc.Den herrlichen, liebevoll gestalteten und alt eingewachsenen tropischen Garten, in den man von der Terrasse aus blickt, hatten wir aber unterschätzt.Er schließt das Haus nach außen hin ab und macht es zur Oase.Wir waren sofort verliebt und fühlten uns wie zuhause.Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Schnitt der Zimmer und die Lage dicht am herrlichen Bellangenet-Strand (nur wenige Meter zu Fuß) sind perfekt für beste Erholung.Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.Xavier ist eine Seele von Mensch und immer erreichbar, antwortet sofort! Vielen lieben Dank, Xavier!Wir kommen gerne wieder.Tip: beim Besuch in Vannes Pizza essen im "Partisan" - unglaublich gut! Eine der besten Pizzen meines Lebens (es war die Pizza Nduja).

Das Meeresrauschen begleitet einen den ganzen Tag...Herrlich! Die kleine ins Dach eingelassene Terrasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse unten ist geräumig und wunderschön. Wir haben viele Stunden draußen verbracht. Im Haus ist es leider ein wenig kalt, es fehlt Deko und Gemütlichkeit. Leider gibt es für die Sofaecke keine Leselampe. Die schönen Sofas sind unter Decken verborgen. Die Bäder sind kalt und bieten kaum Möglichkeit die Handtücher zu trocknen. Es fehlt ebenso an Ablagefläche für Kleidung etc. Die Spülkästen der Toiletten bedürfen einer Reparatur. Das haben wir dem Vermieter schon mitgeteilt. In der Küche fehlen ein paar Dinge, aber eigentlich ist es ok.Wir hätten uns gefreut, wenn es Mülltüten für die Mülleimer gegeben hätte, etwas Spülmittel und eine Seife. Nach eine langen Reise ist Händewaschen ganz nett, ohne gleich den ganzen Koffer ausräumen zu müssen.Der Vermieter schickte vorab eine umfangreiche Info über das Haus, diese liegt aber auch nochmal vor Ort. Gefehlt hat mir eine genaue Angabe für die Mülltrennung und wo Glas und Müll hinkommen.Insgesamt haben wir uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und der exotische Garten ist im Ort wirklich eine Oase...wer sieht sonst schon einen Grünspecht an einer Palme.

Vielen Dank für Ihre positive Bewertung hinsichtlich des Tapetenwechsels und die wenigen Anmerkungen, die wir berücksichtigen werden, um das Erlebnis der Gäste weiter zu verbessern. Hier einige Informationen: Die Einrichtung ist bewusst schlicht gehalten, um dem Geschmack der meisten Urlauber gerecht zu werden. Die Sofas sind mit Überwürfen (für Kinder) geschützt, die jedoch abgenommen werden können. Die Badezimmer sind alle mit Handtuchtrocknern ausgestattet, der Rest des Hauses mit Heizkörpern. Auf Anfrage stellen wir Ihnen Informationen zur Inbetriebnahme zur Verfügung. In jedem Zimmer gibt es Stauraum (Kleiderschrank, Kommoden ...). Eine der drei Toiletten war defekt, aber funktionsfähig. Der Techniker wurde nach Ihrer Abreise gemäß Ihren Wünschen beauftragt. Die Vorräte an Verbrauchsmaterialien befinden sich im Untergeschoss. Informationen zur Mülltrennung und zur Lage der Mülltonnen finden Sie im digitalen Leitfaden, der Ihnen zur Verfügung steht. Die meisten Fragen können beantwortet werden, sobald sie uns gestellt werden. Vielen Dank für Ihre Meinung zum Garten, den Terrassen, dem Balkon und der allgemeinen Atmosphäre. Wir freuen uns immer, diese Umgebung anbieten zu können, damit Urlauber neue Energie tanken können.

Un Grand Merci pour cette semaine de vacances en famille inoubliable !!! Maison magnifique à 2 pas des plages de sable et des magnifiques côtes bretonnes dont on ne pourrait se lasser !!! Propriétaire à la fois discret, disponible et prévenant ayant même accueilli notre chien ! Clohars-Canoët est un « petit coin de Bretagne »… un « petit coin de paradis » et nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir*^.^*! Merci !!!

Très belle villa spacieuse, confortable et rénovée avec goût !

Ce séjour au milieu du jardin tropical et à quelques pas des plages nous a enchantés et dépaysés ! Nous avons profité de la superbe vue sur le jardin paysager orné de palmiers et plantes exotiques de toutes sortes. La vue mer en se levant le matin est très appréciée !! La location est de standing, meubles, cuisine, literie, TV sont neufs, c'est vraiment appréciable de trouver ce niveau de qualité dans une location. La situation de la location est idéale. L'emplacement permet de rejoindre à 2 pas l'une des 3 plages du Pouldu ou marcher sur le sentier côtier. Merci à nos hôtes pour leur attention et réactivité, nous reviendrons certainement, nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien !
