Welcome to Domaine Verte Vallée, nestled in the heart of nature, just outside Bordeaux. Ideally located about ten kilometers from Bordeaux, close to the châteaux of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards and the Bordeaux-Sauveterre de Guyenne cycle path, our estate, nestled amidst 20 hectares of woods and meadows, invites you to immerse yourself in nature, surrounded by horses and deer. From the moment you arrive, you'll be captivated by the character of our fully restored 19th-century stone house, and you'll appreciate its atmosphere, which combines old-world charm with modern comforts. The gîte, adjoining the owners' home, is an integral part of this complex. You'll have access to a terrace with garden furniture overlooking the swimming pool and the surrounding woods. The single-story cottage consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge opening onto the terrace, and two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 bed and one with a 180x200 bed that can be converted into two 90x200 beds. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower and toilet. An extra bed for a child and a baby bed are also available, allowing up to 4 adults, one child, and one baby to stay. The swimming pool is shared with the owners. For a hassle-free stay, sheets, towels, table linen, end-of-stay cleaning, and heating (heat pump) are included in the price, and beds will be made upon arrival. Parking is available on the property. The swimming pool, shared with the owners, is open from April 15th to October 15th. Gas for cooking (if the hob uses this energy), water within the limits of reasonable consumption, electricity and heating
