Welcome to our vacation rental at Waterscape! Our ground floor, two bedroom condo is perfect for families or groups of up to eight people, with two king bedrooms, a spacious bunk room and two and a half bathrooms. Located just a few doors down from the pool and beach access, you’ll be able to enjoy all the amenities Waterscape has to offer with ease. This includes multiple pools for all ages, a lazy river, two hot tubs, and an exercise facility, all surrounded by 490 feet of white sandy beach. Beach service. of two chairs and an umbrella is included with your stay, so you can relax and soak up the sun without a worry. Our vacation rental is veteran owned and managed, and we provide added conveniences like a Pack ‘n Play and high chair for our young guests. Our unit is handicapped accessible to meet everyone's needs. Parking is a breeze with our covered parking just steps away. Book your stay at our Waterscape condo and experience the ultimate family-friendly, resort-like atmosphere.

We are located on the first floor, which means no long waits on the elevator! The garage entrance is across the hall and the pool entrance is only down a couple doors, so everything is easily accessible. Our extended patio allows for the space to relax and enjoy a good book.

Heated pool with island (heated seasonally)

Parking Notes: GARAGE PARKING ONLY. Parking garage offers open parking, no assigned spaces. 2 parking passes allowed per unit. DO NOT PARK in parking lot located in front of Waterscape or you will be towed. HOA WILL NOT ALLOW ANY BOATS, TRAILERS, OR JET SKIS ON PROPERTY AT ALL. VIOLATORS WILL BE TOWED.

GARAGE HEIGHT INFORMATION: North Entrance - 9'2" & South Entrance- 7'2" All vehicles between 7'2" - 9'2" will have limited parking available on the 1st floor by north entrance of parking garage. All other vehicles will need to be 7'2' or under to park on first floor and upper levels of parking garage.

We loved our stay here! They had everything we needed! Once we arrived we realized we had over packed! They provide a high chair and pack and play and tons of beach toys! They provide beach chairs but your rental also comes with a rented umbrella and set of beach chairs! The condo was perfect for our stay! The only negative I could find would be the view. You don’t have a view of the beach. But the price reflects that! All in all this is the perfect place to stay! All the waterscape amenities are perfect for the kids! It caters to every age!

Great Property

The condo was great for both kids and adults. The pools were well kept and suited our group perfectly. The owners were very good to work with and everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The area around the property had a good choice of restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything went better than expected with two little kids and Grandma recovering from hip surgery . Only wishes were that bunk room had a door and had handicapped toilets.

My husband, Scott, and I wanted to have a place to enjoy with our three children and their families while sharing this experience with others. After a family vacation at Waterscape in 2021, we knew we wanted to return, so we watched for the perfect place to come available. We have three children plus our son-in-law and 2 grandchildren, and this unit has everything we need to enjoy our time at the beach. Our goal is to provide an experience that families will remember and want to repeat.

Why they chose this property

We wanted a place to return to Waterscape with our family in the future while creating a place others would want to visit. This unit is close to the garage and the pool, making all parts of the vacation easy. It is also walking distance to some restaurants and the pier is just up the beach.

What makes this property unique

This is a first floor handicapped accessible unit that is just steps from the parking garage and a very short walk to the pools and beach. The bunk room has a curtain for privacy and the kitchen and bath are handicap accessible. The two full baths include large tubs and separate showers. With a washer and dryer in the condo, you don't need to worry about the laundry. We have provided board games and books as well as beach toys for all to use. Please return them when done so others can enjoy them as well.
