Located in the West Valley of Phoenix 15 minutes from Goodyear's Spring Training Facilities, 25 minutes from the lively Westgate district and State Farm Stadium. Our tastefully decorated, modern, custom home is your perfect home-away-from-home. With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, you'll have plenty of space to relax and unwind after a day in the valley of the sun!

Our home boasts the perfect setting for indoor-outdoor living - complete with a 6-hole mini golf area and charcoal BBQ grill! From the gourmet chef's kitchen to the cozy loft, you'll find that our home has it all! We have loads of hiking trails right outside our door as well as some of the Valley's finest golf courses just a short drive away so you'll surely find an activity that suits your needs.

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home. On the morning of check-out, we ask that you place all used linens and towels in the laundry room.

Wonderful stay!

This home is everything the listing says. It was an incredibly clean, comfortable, and well kept home. Property managers were fabulous. We enjoyed our morning coffees and evening happy hours on the back patio while having a family putting contest. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the neighborhood, a quick drive or 10 min walk. We had a great hike at Skyline Regional Park. Only thing we wish we could change was a couple of rainy days, but we were still able to salvage part of the day with the sun. Very impressive home…thank you!!

Clean and in good location.

The place was very clean and well stocked. Good neighborhood. Cons: This is a two story house. Nowhere in the listing did I see this noted nor see it in the pictures. Quite a surprise when you have bad knees. Furniture is very uncomfortable. No TV's in the bedrooms.

Very pleasant visit
