The AZ Sunshine home is a sprawled out 3 bedroom/ 2 bath open floor plan home located in a brand new peaceful housing development of Arroyo Secco, less then 25 minutes from Sky Harbor Airport and just a mile off the I-10 freeway. (15 min State Farm Stadium/ 8 min NASCAR/ Multiple Spring Training Fields Around/ 20 min downtown/ 5-6 golf courses within 15 minutes/ 5 min to Verrado/ 40 min from Scottsdale/ 1 hr 45 min up to Sedona/ 2 hours from Flagstaff and much much more)

This home has a unique layout, as it’s called a “Nextgen”. It has the main home (3 bed/ 2 bath - 1900 sq ft.) and has a separate attached full 780 sq ft Casita which has a locked off common door to maintain complete separate privacy. Both the main home and the casita have their own private entrances. (Both homes are keyless entries with unique assigned door codes upon check-in)

Spring stay

Property is beautiful and very comfortable. House is very clean, it had everything we needed. We entertained family and friends there and very much enjoyed our stay. The pool and grill area were awesome. Would recommend this property to anyone, and would stay there again!

This home was so comfortable and awesome. Loved how clean it was and just such a peaceful setting. The gate from the pool was perfect for our littles. We didn't feel so stressed out and being able to eat outside on the dining table and grill right by the pool was amazing. Definitely would come stay here again!

Great Time

My husband and I spent a month in Buckeye. Stephanie kept in constant communication with us. The house is well stocked with everything you need and is VERY clean. The backyard was a great place to sit by the pool or grill. Quiet neighborhood. Great location for a short drive to Verrado to climb the Victory Steps or hike at White Tank. Stephanie is a wonderful host!

Cannot recommend this property enough! From the time we booked it to the time we checked out. Stephanie was AMAZING & incredibly accommodating. House was absolutely perfect and exceeded our expectations x10000! There was enough room for a large family, fully equipped with anything you’d need during your stay, tonsss of toys for the kiddos and of course an absolutely beautiful outside! AZ Sunshine Home

We can't say enough about this property and the owner. The house was clean and exactly as advertised. It was well equipped with all we'd need for a 5-week visit and we had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area was especially nice! The pool, sitting areas, firepit and outdoor kitchen all got a lot of use while we were there. The owner, Stephanie, was very easy to reach, answered any questions we had and even offered us some great recommendations for places to go, things to do, restaurants, etc... If you're looking for a beautiful, well-located place with a fantastic owner, this is the place for you!!

Super Bowl Win

7 friends rented this location for a super fun Super Bowl weekend. We rented the whole home including Casita and it was fantastic. Super clean and accommodating with some snacks available for use. Grocery store nearby and normal suburb amenities made this a great location west of Phoenix. Stephanie was great and answered all our questions and was available when we had questions during our stay. Loved the decor and overall house. Thanks so much and we enjoyed the win!

AMAZING! Highly reccomend and will only stay here in the future. The home is beautiful and Stephanie has thought of literally everything and really gives that "home" feel while on vacation. We had evrything we needed, quiet neighborhood, garage to park in, beautiful pool and outdoor space, etc. The King and Queen beds were so comfy too! The decor is so fun and the instructions and directions were very easy to understand and follow. Thank you so much!!!

Great for family

We rented this property so that family would have a place to stay during my daughter‘s high school graduation. My grandchildren had a wonderful time swimming in the pool, playing with the board games and overall just being able to relax and have fun. Their parents, my children, also had a wonderful time enjoying this beautiful home.

Five of us friends from the 60's gather twice a year here in Arizona. We have been doing this for the past 25 years. We belonged to the TKE Fraternity. Stephanie's home was perfect, the beds comfortable, the kitchen well supplied with all the utensils needed, and living room perfect for visiting. Couldn't ask for a better VRBO!

Wonderful place to stay and a great location for us

We stayed here for a birthday celebration in Verrado, and it worked out perfectly. Close to Frys for anything needed. The home and pool were great the pictures do not do it justice. Stephanie the host was more than accommodating. With 5 adults it worked out great and I would definitely stay here again.

AMAZING!!

We stayed at the AZ Sunshine Home as a family for a week. The home is beautiful and has everything one might need! We all loved the pool, BBQ and fire pit! The host, Stephanie, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nothing short of spectacular! We will definitely be going back!

My family and I cannot say enough about this rental! Everything was exceptional! The little touches throughout the home did not go unnoticed! From a personalized hand written note, to the array of snacks that my boys devoured. Ingredients to put together a quick pasta dish which we definetly enjoyed! Her design style was definitely on point. We felt like we were staying in a 5 star resort. The very private back yard with an outside kitchen and everything you can think of to relax and unwind. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, and we couldn't help but notice how amazing the linens felt as we slept. Stephanie definitely thinks of Everything. Home Away From Home

Wow! All we can say out our stay is Wow! We only stay at VRBO’s when we travel and this property has moved straight to the top of our list of amazing properties. We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed the Sunshine home/including the backyard/pool during our stay. Stephanie is a wonderful host. The home decor is beautiful and very inviting. The house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Stephanie gave us a couple idea's on where to eat and/or places to see. It is located in a great neighbor to take walks. Great places on western side of Phoenix

What a great place. It’s super clean, and has almost every amenity you can think of. This is an owner who really cares about the guest experience. Online descriptions and pictures are very accurate, and owner is very available should you experience problems. Highly recommended.

Perfection done right

Top notch place to stay. Location was in a new clean safe community. I’ve never stayed in a place that was so detailed on thinking about every possible detail. From the first moment we opened the front door, to the moment we closed the door after staying four nights, we were pleasantly pleased with our rental. Stephanie welcomed us with a bottle of red, pasta makings and a slew of snacks later out for our liking. Every bathroom had shampoos/conditioniers/shower caps/tooth paste/finger nail polish remover …. When I say, “attention to detail”, that is an understatement. Even the split rental guests were extremely nice and friendly. This place is top of the line. Thank you, Stephanie for sharing your home and letting us stay in your wonderful home. I wish I could rate 5++++++++++.

Fall Retreat!!

This house is clean, equipped and fun! We really enjoyed the location which was e- bike away from Verrado restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the Bbq and backyard fire pit one night and played games on the outdoor patio! Try it! You wont be disappointed!

My original excitement for starting my Vacation Rental portfolio began when my girls and I would travel and stay in other Vacation Rentals and just felt the need to have more rentals feel more comfortable and cozy, “homy” and decided I wanted to be the start of that change. I believe that vacations and family adventures are PRICELESS and so special, but as we all know, cost a pretty penny. So it’s so important to me to be apart of making other families vacations ones to remember but most importantly trips that they will look back on and smile and REMEMBER FOREVER!!! So I take pride going the extra mile to make sure everyone has the best time!! I have enjoyed hosting Vacation Rentals for almost 13 years now, and absolutely love all the wonderful families I have met. (I have some families that continue to book year after year and come back to stay because they love it so much and I just ADORE their family). I take pride and joy in making sure that the AZ Sunshine Home has unique and beautiful cozy décor and just about everything you would want or need and have in your own home so you feel right at home. I work in the real estate/ property management field so I believe I know the special touches it takes to make guest feel important.
