Luxurious villa with fantastic views of Palma; reduced near construction sites!

The beautiful villa has a main house with two floors. In the upper floor are the living room, the kitchen and the veranda with a fantastic view of Palma. Similarly, the floor has a separate guest apartment. On the lower floor are the two masterbedrooms. From here you have access to the huge jacuzzi. The separate pool house is accessed via an external staircase and there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Directly in front of the rooms are the large pool and the sauna.
For musical support, the house has a Sonos system in the living room and verandah area, as well as the large pool.
The airport of Palma is only 15-20 minutes; to Palma itself 10-15 minutes.
There are three golf courses 5 minutes away.

Beautiful Villa

We have just enjoyed 2 fantastic weeks at this beautiful family villa. Everything about it was fantastic, the villa is absolutely stunning inside & out, everything from kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms are perfect. The 2 outside pools are amazing. A lovely welcome package was waiting for us on arrival of water, champagne & nibbles etc such a lovely touch. Saskia & Christophe the owners are lovely helpful people & we can not thank them enough for the pleasure of being able to stay in there beautiful family home.

One of the most amazing houses in Mallorca.

I do not even know where to start.... First of all Christoph and Saskia have an incredible house in the heart of Son Vida with views that are going to take Your breath away. Second, if You are a golfer there is not a better location to be situated in then where this house is. The house is very clean, all the furniture and everything else is in mint condition. One thing to keep in mind that if You are coming with kids there will be a lot of walking up the stairs, but it is definately worth it. Lastly the property is in close proximity to town but You will deifnately need a car to get around ;) We had an incredible time at the house!

Family Trip

Wir haben acht Tage in einem wunderschönen Haus mit toller Ausstattung verbracht, welches keine Wünsche offen lässt. Toller Blick auf Palma und von der Dachterasse auf die Bucht. Das Objekt eignet sich wunderbar für einen Familienurlaub. Auf umliegende Bauarbeiten wurden wir durch den Vermieter freundlicherweise hingewiesen.

Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in diesem wunderschönen Haus; die Lage ist absolut Top. Die Großzügigkeit der Räumlichkeiten, die sehr gute Ausstattung, die Sauberkeit, und die freundliche und schnelle Reaktionen der Eigentümer bei Fragen haben dazu geführt dass wir nach 2 Wochen gerne länger geblieben wären. Wir haben viel Zeit im Haus, vor allem am Pool, der ein sehr weiches, angenehmes Wasser hat, verbracht. Wir würden definitiv zurückkommen! Lieben Dank an die Eigentümer!

Fantastisches Haus!

Absoluter Traumurlaub. Das Haus ist sehr gross und perfekt ausgerüstet für erholsame Tage auf Mallorca. Ideal für Ferien mit bis zu 8 Erwachsenen (4 grosse Zimmer mit Bad) - zusätzlich ein grosses Sofa im Billardbereich. Dieses ist ideal zum Entspannen durch den Tag. Auch für Kinder ist alles vorhanden. Küche sehr gut ausgestatter. Pool- und Aussenbereich fantastisch.

Moderne Villa in Son Vida mit Blick über Palma

Vielen lieben Dank an Familie Herbst-Liebmann für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt in Eurer tollen Villa!! Der Kontakt war ganz wunderbar. Alles verlief sehr freundlich und effizient. Die moderne Villa besticht durch klare Linien und eine sehr stilsichere und gemütliche Einrichtung - Wohlfühlen pur. Die Villa erstreckt sich über drei Ebenen, ebenso die Verteilung der sehr großzügig geplanten Zimmer. Der Familienurlaub mit 6 Personen im Alter zwischen 32 und 69 war unvergesslich. Zusammen sitzen, aber doch einen privaten Rückzugsort haben, ist in dieser weitläufigen Villa super möglich. Die Lage in Son Vida mit einer herrlichen Aussicht auf die Stadt und der Blick von der Roof Top Terrasse auf die Bucht von Palma ist einzigartig. Die Innenstadt, Häfen und Golfplätze waren mit unserem Mietauto absolut unkompliziert und schnell möglich. Jederzeit wieder!

Great Trip

Property was great. A lot of stairs! but a lot of space, and all mod cons. Is quite close to other properties, but has a great view, and Christoph was really helpful throughout.

Ein sehr modernes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allem Komfort der gewünscht ist. Der Familienurlaub mit Alter von 18-55 hat für Alle besten gepasst. Die Lage ist vorzüglich. Die Erreichbarkeit von Golfplätzen, der Stadt und den Häfen mit dem Auto ist unkompliziert und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Traumvilla an ruhiger Lage

Das Erkunden der Villa war bereits ein kleines Abenteuer an sich. Sie erstreckt sich über drei Ebenen. Die Zimmer sind über alle Stockwerke angeordnet, so dass man sich auch mal an ein ruhiges Plätzchen verziehen kann. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Der Kontakt zur Familie Herbst-Liebmann war ebenfalls wunderbar. Alles verlief sehr freundlich und effizient. Die Klimaanlage in einem der Zimmer war defekt, keine Stunde später stand ein Handwerker vor der Tür. Die Villa befindet sich hoch oben auf einem Hügel und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf Palma und das mehr. Das Zentrum von Palma ist in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen (ev. etwas weniger, schliesslich hatte ich Urlaub und deshalb nicht auf die Uhr geschaut). Ein grosser Carrefour ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar und der Flughafen in rund 30 Minuten. Die Ortschaft ist umgeben von mehreren Golfplätzen. Ausser ein paar Grillen die zirpen und (wahrscheinlich) wild lebenden Geissen ist es wunderbar ruhig. Ich hoffe, wir waren nicht das letzte Mal an diesem magischen Flecken Erde!

Great owners who gave us so much information before we went - stunning views , really quiet and exclusive part of Mallorca - villa is modern, well equipped and super cool - essential in the heat . Gorgeous pool and jacuzzi - really self contained - and 15 mins from the very stunning portals nous ... loved the layout - perfect for families ... need a car but taxi’s good in the area brilliant golf around will definitely be back . Can’t recommend it enough - thanks so much for letting us stay in your beautiful villa xx

The house is modern and gorgeous. The pools are wonderful and the view amazing.

My family and I loved our stay in Son Vida. It was a quick drive to Palma, Port d'Andtratx and many other beautiful Mallorcan villages. The house is pristine, quite large and extremely comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Really lovely

A very spacious, comfortable & beautifully furnished villa in a lovely part of the island. All appliances & furniture are of a very good standard, the beds being particularly comfortable. The design of the villa gave everyone in our party plenty of privacy & space. Easy to reach everywhere from here & super being so close to the airport - without airport noise! The owners are lovely to deal with. Highly recommend this villa as a private & sophisticated choice on the island.
