The Schütz vacation apartment is perfect for enjoying the peace and quiet of the Harz Mountains

The object is a one-room apartment with kitchenette, toilet with shower and a covered terrace in a quiet location Harz.
Through the wardrobe double bed the apartment is ideal for couples of all ages. It is also possible to accommodate a child after consultation.
From the terrace facing south, where you can have breakfast in summer sun, you have a wonderful view of the mountains. But also in the winter, the adjacent meadow, with its well-groomed cross-country ski trails, invites you to cross-country skiing. With tobogganing and downhill skiing you can also keep fit in the village.
For hikers, the Harz also offers numerous walking and cycling trails. Experienced can also explore the Harz by bicycle.
In the house there is a private heated swimming pool and a sauna (sauna fee), which can be used by the guests.
CAUTION!! After a big fire damage the swimming pool and the sauna are not available until further notice.
Renting the apartment is still possible.
Should the clothing be a little dirty due to the numerous sports activities, the hotel's own washing machine and dryer (fee-based) can be used.

In the local forest swimming pool you can cool down in the summer, on the warm days.

The place Hohegeiss has numerous restaurants and cafes to the palate. Shops for daily meals and a regular public bus service to the neighboring localities is given.
The tourist information in Hohegeiß and Braunlage offers numerous information about the various annual events of the region.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im Harz

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, liebevoll und va umfassend eingerichtet. Es war alles (und mehr) da, was man benötigt, über Geschirr, Backhandschuhe, Küchenuntensilien wie Töpfe, Schüsseln, Messer, Brettchen uvm., Küchengeräte wie Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kaffemaschiene, (Mini-)Backofen etc. bis hin zu Gegenständen des "täglichen Gebrauchs" wie Toilettenpapier, Zewa, Taschentücher, Gewürze, Tee,Spüli uvm. Auch einige Spiele gibt es. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Obwohl wir keine Handtücher dazu gebucht hatten, hing ein kleines Handhandtuch im Bad und Spültücher und Spülutensilien in der Küche. Dennoch wirkte die Wohnung nicht zu voll, es gab Platz für das eigene Gepäck und wir hatten zu zweit genug Platz, sodass wir das Bett nicht einmal eingeklappt haben. Lediglich die Dusche empfanden wir als etwas eng. Die Aussicht von der zur Wohnung gehörenden Terasse ist traumhaft schön und lädt definitiv zum entspannten, ruhigen Frühstück ein. Die Wohnung bietet außerdem den perfekten Startpunkt für ausgiebige Wanderungen und Spaziergänge. Vor dem Haus konnte man gut parken. Das Handynetz war gut und wir hatten für unseren Aufenthalt 10 GB Wlan zur Verfügung.Hohegeiß selber ist ein sehr hübscher, kleiner Ort, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem Auto jedoch schnell zu erreichen. Am Küchenfenster und der Terassentür sind Fliegengitter angebracht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war immer sehr freundlich und auch während des Aufenthalts möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliche kleine Wohnung im Harz

Eine gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung mit wirklich schönem Ausblick. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und kommunikativ, die Küche ist klein, aber sehr gut ausgestattet, das ausklappbare Bett ermöglicht es einem, zwischen Platz und Schlafkomfort zu wechseln. Die Lage war super um zu verschiedenen Wanderungen im Harzgebiet aufzubrechen und das alles zu einem sehr ansprechenden Preis, gerne wieder 👍

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Super freundlicher und zuvorkommender Kontakt vor Ort. Ferienwohnung gemütlich eingerichtet, Ausstattung ließ für mich nichts zu wünschen übrig. Außerdem noch mit kleinen netten Details ausgestattet, z. B. ein frischer Strauß Blumen auf dem Tisch. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, gerne wieder.

Alles wie versprochen und reibungslos

Das Ferienobjekt liegt sehr idyllisch in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Die Küche ist mit sehr vielen elektrischen Geräten und Küchenhelfern ausgestattet, und alles war sehr sauber. Die Mühen hinsichtlich Corona haben mir sehr gut gefallen. Alltagsdinge lassen sich im Ort selbst oder in der Nähe erledigen. Ich komme gerne wieder...! LG

Die Fewo liegt sehr ruhig, auch im Haus war es ruhig. Alles ist gepflegt und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings Küchennische und Dusche sind sehr eng. Aber für eine Woche war das okay.

Wir haben uns in der 1 Zimmer Wohnung, sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist genügend Geschirr vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist gut und in der Küche ist auch alles vorhanden, vom Korkenzieher bis hin zum Wasserkocher. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und das Check in, verlief ohne Probleme. Das Zimmer selber ist auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Bad ist sehr klein. Schade ist nur, dass man das Schwimmbad und den Saunabereich nicht nutzen konnte. Deshalb bei der Genauigkeit, des Online-Inserats, nur ein Okay. Ich kann die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Kurzurlaub

Sehr saubere Wohnung, klein aber man hat alles was man benötigt. Direkt die schöne Natur des Harzes vor der Terasse. Zudem sehr ruhig, was uns sehr gefallen hat. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und steht bei Fragen oder Tipps auch jederzeit zur Verfügung. Würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit super Ausblick

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist wirklich super. Wir hatten ein schönes langes Wochenende. Für 2 Personen ist alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist teilweise schon etwas älter ist, aber es ist alles sauber und funktionsbereit. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Bisher gibt es kein WLan in der Wohnung und der Mobilfunkempfang in der Umgebung ist auch nicht besonders gut. Für uns war das kein Problem, man sollte es aber wissen und darauf eingestellt sein.
