About this property

The house is only a 5-minute walk to the center, in the immediate vicinity of the bakery and various restaurants. On the opposite side of the street is a small garden for sole use, as well as a caeport.

The living room
On the ground floor there is the living room with a cozy farmhouse parlor, dining area, tiled stove and TV. Opposite a bedroom for 2 people and a small extra toilet with sink. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, oven etc. is also on the ground floor. You can get to the first floor via a staircase that corresponds to the age of the home and is relatively steep for today's conditions. Here you have 2 separate bedrooms, each with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed, as well as a newly renovated bathroom with extra bathtub, shower and toilet, and an extra toilet.

Wieder einmal - wunderbar!

Wieder einmal hatten wir einen perfekten Besuch in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, vor allem dank der Gastfreundschaft unserer Gastgeber Martina und Petra! Das Haus war großartig: sauber, komfortabel und praktisch! Dies war unser zweites Mal in diesem Haus und wir freuen uns auf viele weitere!!! Nochmals vielen Dank, Martina und Petra, dass Sie unsere Besuche wunderbar gemacht haben!

Exactly what we needed!!!

Ich möchte sagen, dass dies einer der schönsten Orte ist, an denen wir seit vielen Jahren übernachtet haben! Unsere Gruppe hat an mindestens 10 Oktoberfesten teilgenommen. Das Haus war makellos und sehr gut angelegt. Seine Lage war die beste, die wir je hatten. Alles funktionierte, alles war sauber, und die Besitzer waren mehr als bereit, unsere Fragen sofort zu beantworten, wenn nicht früher! Wir sind uns alle einig, dass dies der einzige Ort sein wird, an dem wir bleiben, wenn wir jedes Jahr nach Garmisch zurückkehren! Ich hoffe nur, dass wir es bekommen können!

Erholung pur

Es war so toll. Wir hatten jeden Tag Abwechslung. Die Partnachklamm und anschließend der Aufstieg zur Partnachalm, der Wank und die Zugspitze waren tolle Highlights.

Great house and location to see Garmisch!

Great house close to pedestrian area in Garmisch with variety of stores and restaurants. First level of house has one bedroom, half bathroom, and all the common rooms, which was super convenient. 3 bedrooms, full bath, and 1/2 bath were on second level. Stairs getting to second level are difficult to manage for younger/older visitors. Main door exits to active, narrow street, so caution is needed with pets and young visitors. Martina was very responsive via email and maintained good communications.
