Located on the second floor of a Historic townhome built in 1870, this bright and charmingly appointed apartment can accommodate up to four Lucky guests in Savannah’s Historic District. From the soaring high ceilings, floor to ceiling windows, rich textiles and fixtures, you'll never want to leave! Just a short stroll to Forsyth Park, and the bustling downtown city district, this impressive two-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Savannah vacation.

Upon entering you'll immediately be greeted by original hardwood flooring, warm accents and tones, fitted with comfortable, rich furnishings. Seize the day away while relaxing on the plush white sofa, while you catch up on your favorite shows in the sun-filled living room, with beautiful views of the treelined street. The open floor plan creates an inviting environment, and makes entertaining a breeze. While you are preparing a home cooked meal in the kitchen, you'll never feel separated from the living room, as guests can converse through the home seamlessly. The luxurious kitchen has been tastefully renovated and appointed with quartz countertops and high-end stainless steel appliances.

The first bedroom that is off of the living space is fitted with a queen size bed, two spacious closets, and flat screen television mounted above the bed. Across the hall, a spa-like bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located between both bedrooms. At the back of the apartment, you'll find the primary suite that features a plush king size bed, large armoire, and a smart television.

Loved, loved, loved this place. Probably the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. Having parking behind the unit was a huge help. The space was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, very comfortable and the location was perfect. A few blocks from the hustle and bustle of the river area (and quieter at night) but within walking distance to everything the city of Savannah has to offer. We definitely will be back next year. Four days was not nearly enough here.

Beautiful apartment conveniently located in historic downtown, within easy walking distance of the downtown sites we wanted to visit. Even though it was located in the downtown area, the bedrooms were quiet at night so we were able to get a good nights sleep. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking or reheating food. We enjoyed staying here and would rent it again.

Great place in a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and in Savannah as a whole. The property is very centrally located and you can walk to the riverfront in about 10 to 15 minutes. There were a couple minute issues during our stay but the property management company was great at responding and addressing. Would definitely stay here again.
