- A very large, exquisitely maintained, shared courtyard is a delightful spot to sip your morning coffee or evening cocktail.
- Guests have access to a private parking space located just behind the home.

Recently renovated, Chatham Square Manor is a large, two-bedroom townhouse has plenty of space for up to six Lucky guests to relax in true Southern style. The parlor level has a light and bright living space with a decorative fireplace, large flat screen TV, and plenty of comfortable seating. Enjoy dinner in the adjacent dining room or a quick meal in the eat-in kitchen. Large windows look out into the courtyard, shared with the Garden Apartment.

Both bedrooms are upstairs. The first bedroom has a king bed with an iron headboard that compliments the fireplace grate. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath. A second full bathroom is at the top of the stairs, and also includes a full size washer and dryer.

Mix with locals and find fresh ingredients for dinner at the Farmer’s Market on Saturdays in Forsyth Park, just two minutes away. Take a stroll to the cross streets of Bull and Liberty for some boutique shopping at The Book Lady Bookstore, Satchel, and Red Clover.

Parking was a big bonus, central to shopping! Chatham Park and Forsyth Park very close! CBP was so close and enjoyed a few beers for Octoberfest! Home was clean and very comfortable! Will definitely be back!

Chatham Square Oasis

Beautiful accommodations, a few blocks from Forsyth Park and a fifteen minute walk from River Street. Quiet location on the edge of Chatham Square. House is amazing and realty company was very user friendly. If you're looking for a perfect location to take advantage of Savannah sites and charm, this is it. Beds are cozy and comfortable, furnishings capture the charm and ambiance of old Savannah.

Easy walkabity to everything. The sleeper sofa is new and very comfortable. It would really be helpful to have more towels, more blankets, tissues, coffee, tea, sugar and creamer at the house.

Beautiful location

Beautiful location. Front door code was an issue- luckily this was posted by prior visitor so we realized we had to enter through the back ( and helped downstairs tenant figure this out as well) But prompt response next morning and codes sent. Nice to have back garden and grill.

Everything, kitchen, appliances (all look brand new) furnishings, lighting, beds, bedding, bathrooms, excellent condition, nicely laid out floor plan whole place elegant look and feel. Easy distances walking to downtown, historic areas and Forsyth Park. Outdoor plantings and gardening in poor shape, but that didn’t matter to our group, we enjoyed the courtyard with nice outdoor propane grill and tables, for eats and drinks ( we didn’t try the grill, looks nearly brand new). Reserved Parking was a breeze. Highest recommendation from our group.

farewell to a loved one

property was nice beds were comfortable, quick 2 night stay for a funeral will come back like the neighborhood. now for the downs not horrible but just suggestions not enough towels no face clothes only 2 hand towels for 6 people and 5 towels, after reading other reviews we bought our own towels and face clothes, also tiki torches or something to try to keep mosquitos from attacking to enjoy the nice courtyard otherwise i would return oh yes do not lock any doors maybe 1 skeleton key near somewhere would help with that we were locked out of a room our own fault.

It is beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean. You feel like you are in a friend's home and not a rental property. It is perfectly located - far enough from the busy areas of town to be quiet but close enough to be within easy walking distance of everything. Having dedicated off-street parking is an extra bonus. We would give the property 6 stars if we could. We highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Lesson: if you want reservations make them yourself. Of course had nothing to do with property.

Gorgeous historic home on Chatham Square

You could feel the history in this beautiful home. Parking on site was easy to access and a must-have for Savannah. It's walking distance (even in the summer heat) to several tasty restaurants and other local attractions. The view can't be beat - waking up to the oaks or the quaint back yard patio. It was clean and easy to access. I had a problem with the door code so I called and talked to someone immediately, no hold. She fixed the problem quickly and was super friendly. We'd definitely stay here again.
