Outside, you’ll enjoy a fenced-in, detached garden equipped with patio furniture, a barbecue, and a relaxation area—perfect for al fresco dining and moments of relaxation. On the ground floor, you’ll find a pleasant living area with an open-concept kitchen that flows into the living room and dining room, offering a cosy space to share meals and relax. A separate half-bath with a laundry area (washing machine and dryer) completes this level, making it easy to organise your stay, even for several days. The ground floor consists of three bedrooms: a double bedroom with a 160x200 bed and its own private bathroom and toilet, ensuring comfort and privacy; a second bedroom with two 90x190 single beds; and a third double bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A bathroom with a toilet is also available. On the landing, a room converted into a play area features a sofa bed for two additional guests, allowing the property to accommodate up to 8 guests. A cleaning fee is required at the rate indicated. A firewood basket can be provided upon request; additional fees apply for pets or extra guests according to the rates listed.
