We offer a Cottage with Wi-Fi in an old farmhouse with ground floor entrance, toilet, large kitchen, large living room with fireplace and dining room overlooking large windows on the small garden with outdoor lounge, barbecue . 1st floor: bathroom, toilet, 4 bedrooms, one with shower room. Either 4 bedrooms with a double bed or 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. 2nd floor large billiard lounge, television, reading area, games. Outdoor parking for 2 cars. In the village Pharmacy, Medical Office, Bakery, Hairdresser, Butcher, (Intermarché 4 km). little Champagne houses. Beautiful walks by bike or on foot (GR). 30 minutes from Epernay.
