Built as a desert escape, this home has a luxurious open floor plan that blurs the lines between indoor and outdoor living. The great room provides an impressive yet welcoming space to spend time with your entire group. You’ll find inside dining for 6, a fireside lounging area with plenty of seating and a flat screen smart TV. The kitchen has beautiful marble countertops and stylish black steel appliances. Floor to ceiling windows and sliders reveal the panoramic views of the golf course and mountains, pool & yard that looks as though it was ripped from the pages of Architectural Digest. Like an upscale boutique hotel, all of the 3 king ensuite bedrooms feature High end linens, hospitality-quality mattresses, flat screen televisions and ample storage. Each room has floor to ceiling sliders letting in maximum light, high ceilings and each room has killer panoramic views. The 3rd bedroom is a casita. Each of the three bedrooms are exceptional.
For stays of 28 nights and less: Utilities and the heating of the hot tub are included in the rental of the Property, except for the heating of the pool. The pool can be heated upon the request of Renter for an additional $50.00 per day plus the city tax.
For stays over 28 nights: Utilities are charged upon consumption.
CITY ORDINANCES and HOUSE RULES:
-- All of the desert cities do not allow any music to be played outside at any time or played inside where it can be heard outside. There are strict noise ordinances for which All of the cities issue fines that start at $1000.
-- In all of the desert cities there is a 10:00 pm curfew, no one can be out in the backyard/ pool/hot tub after 10:00pm.
-- In a 3 bedroom home the city occupancy rate is 6 persons (children under 3 are not counted in this total)
-- Only 3 cars are allowed and no street parking
--This is a non-smoking premise.
--The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $50 a day plus the city tax. The heating of the hot tub is included in the rental.
Once you book with VRBO you are accepting the terms and conditions listed in the the House rental agreement which is posted on the VRBO website. House agreement will be sent to guests through Docusign. In order to gain access to the house Docusign agreement must be completed.
