Beautifully renovated townhouse located in the central part of Ystad and 700 m from the sandy beach.



Inside the house you can expect a cozy and modern interior. An open staircase leads to the upper floor, so this is not suitable for small children. On the small terrace with beautiful plants you will find garden furniture, so you can spend nice evenings here or start the day with breakfast outside.



The house has the ideal location if you want to leave the car on vacation: to the pedestrian zone it is only 200 m, to the small boat harbor 600m, to the nearest store 300 m, to the train station 300 m and to the bus stop 400 m.
