Welcome to this beautiful 20-square-meter chalet located in Gujan-Mestras, a prime location for a stay that’s both convenient and relaxing in the heart of the Arcachon Basin.

This bright, air-conditioned accommodation, situated in the heart of a recreational park featuring activities and a swimming pool, is the perfect getaway for your vacation with family or friends.

For your comfort, the sleeping area features a cozy bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed.
The living room also has a 140x200 cm sofa bed, allowing the cottage to accommodate up to 4 people in total.

Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee maker so you can prepare your meals independently. After a day of exploring, you can relax in the modern shower room or enjoy the garden and private terrace with its outdoor furniture, perfect for soaking up the southwestern sun. You’ll have no trouble parking your vehicle in the lot in front of the chalet, and your pets are welcome.

You’ll enjoy direct access to the club’s high-quality amenities, including an outdoor pool open from June to August from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., a mini-golf course, sports fields, and a restaurant.
There are plenty of activities to enjoy, with the beach just 1 km away and the port of La Hume right nearby, where you can savor fresh oysters.
As for transportation, the strategic location puts you just a 15-minute drive from Arcachon and the majestic Dune du Pilat.

## Emplacement
Gujan-Mestras is a commune located in the Arcachon basin. Its seafront stretches over 7 kilometers and is home to 7 ports that you can discover thanks to the coastal path; you will be able to observe their boats of all kinds, taste fresh oysters or simply enjoy the landscape and the smell of the sea. A little further on, you will be able to discover the famous Dune du Pilat, 110 meters high, which offers an incredible panorama of the bay of Arcachon, the forest and the Cap Ferret lighthouse.
Discover also the Bassin des Loisirs which offers amusement parks, swimming pool, golf, nightclubs, restaurants and accommodations that will allow you to spend a complete and amusing stay.
