The Reethuus was built in 2006 with elements of Dutch renaissance and north German clinker. In 1a location directly on the Old Dike, you have 140 square meters of living space under thatch and a 382 square meter garden plot exclusively available.

The ground floor dominates the spacious, bright living area in a modern ambience and with access to the sunny south-west terrace. It also houses an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to a second covered terrace and beautifully landscaped garden. In addition, the ground floor of the hallway with cloakroom and guest toilet and a utility room with free-use washing machine. The living area is equipped with a 117 cm satellite TV, DVD player, stereo and radio. A fast DSL connection and a WLAN ensure the availability of the Internet throughout the house.

An open wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which is designed with natural, oiled planks.
