The property was immaculate. The condo was in a perfect location. The view from the condo was beautiful! Condo was very clean and communication with the owners was excellent! Only negative was the main bedroom could be larger. Seemed like a lot of wasted space. Great for a couple with 2 kids but not 6 adults.

The property was exactly as described and shown in photos. Beautifully appointed and amazing views from the balcony. Although we did not use the kitchen much during our stay, it came nicely equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful in answering questions. The complex offered multiple pools, a cafe, and a beach bar for convenience. Check-in could not have been easier. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

The view of the beach from the balcony couldn’t have been better! We loved being steps away the beach. We took advantage of the cabana service the property offers and are glad we did. The condo was just as described and met our needs. Esperanza was very helpful and prompt with the few questions we had. Can’t wait to return!

Owners were great with communication. The place was clean. Close to the beach, Beautiful beach. The listing said no car needed, however wish we had rented a car because although we were close to everything I would not call it walkable and we had to take an Uber basically everywhere, would have been cheaper to rent a car. Condo was smelly, had a sewer smell every evening and the over all smell smelled like strong rubbing alcohol, floor was VERY slippery(oily).

We had a great stay at the Pelican Beach Resort! Our hosts were very accommodating and their fourth floor condo was very conveniently located to the elevator and the resort’s many amenities. We liked how centrally located it was to the Destin area’s many restaurants and shopping. We would recommend it highly and hope to return in the near future!
