This property with 3 holiday houses is located at a road parallel to the fine sandy beach of the village Analipsi on the northern coast of Crete. The holiday domicile INGA is the middle house of a row of three holiday houses built one behind the other. The holiday houses are located on an enclosed, shared property with a distance of 5 to 10 mtr between each other. The house in the far back is used by the German landlord for some weeks during the year. The far stretching sandy beach of Analipsi and some shopping facilities and further amenities are in walking distance of this holiday domicile.

The solid built, two-storey stone house INGA is comfortably and tastefully furnished. There is ground-level access from the terrace of the house to the spacious living/dining room with adjoining kitchen. From the living room you get to the bathroom. You get upstairs via a freestanding, wooden staircase leading to both bedrooms and the bath. From the hallway you have access to a balcony with an umbrella and sunbeds.

Das Haus war sehr schön, paar Gehminuten von dem Strand entfernt, wir hatten noch ein Auto gebucht und sind noch zu einer anderen bucht gefahren die mit dem Auto 5 min entfernt ist (wunderschön). Vom Haus sind zu Fuß Supermärkte zu erreichen mit dem Auto ist in paar min ein lidl erreichbar. Die Stadt Heraklion ist mit dem Auto in ca 30 min erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt, uns hat es sehr gefallen, wir hatten zwei kleine Kinder dabei. Der Vermieter war auch freundlich. Kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Eine schöne Unterkunft, nicht weit zum Strand. Der Strand ist auch ok, obwohl es noch bessere gibt, aber wenn man einen Mietwagen hat und die Insel erkundschaften will, findet sich nach wenigen MInuten Autofahrt ein noch schönerer Strand. Die Eigentümerin des Hauses ist sehr nett und wohnt einen Teil des Jahres nebenan in einem gesonderten Haus. Das Haus ist geräumig und neuwertig, die Terrasse ist ideal zum Frühstücken. Auch bei geöffneten Fenstern ist essehr ruhig (bis auf morgentlichem Hahngekrähe).

Ottima struttura

Struttura nuova posta in posizione ottimale per visitare la zona centrale di Creta. Posizionata nella città di Analipsi, città con molte strutture con turisti tedeschi, a 300 metri dal mare con spiaggia sabbiosa e fondo marino pietroso nei primi 20metri poi sabbioso, comoda a minimarket e ristoranti (ma abbiamo preferito le taverne dell'entroterra). La strada che conduce alla spiaggia è purtroppo parte del percorso dei frequenti pulman che portano i turisti, quindi non idonea per far andare i bambini autonomamente a spiaggia. Indipendente su 4 lati, su un lato ha un piccolo cortiletto con tavolo e poltrone ombreggiate da alcune piccole palme. L'interno è su 2 piani. Al piano terra un unico ambiente con cucina fornita di tutto, tavolo, divano letto (piccolino) e televisione (non provata) e bagno con doccia. Al piano superiore 2 camere da letto spaziose, un bagno con vasca ed un terrazzo (lato sud) non coperto ma la struttura lo prevede e con alcune sdraio e un ombrellone. La scala tra i 2 piani ha le sbarre abbastanza distanti, quindi da usare con cautela da parte di bimbi sotto i 3 anni. Disponibile un eccellente Wifi, la rete telefonica prende bene. Pulizia perfetta con lenzuola e asciugamani per tutti. Proprietario cordiale e disponibile.
