Le logement : Jolie petite maison de vacances à deux pas de la plage se composant d’une pièce de vie avec coin salon avec canapé convertible ( 140) et d' un espace nuit avec lits superposés( 90), d'une cuisine équipée et aménagée ( réfrigérateur et sa partie congélateur, lave-linge, airfryer, bouilloire, cafetière senseo, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle), d’une première chambre avec deux couchages (160), d'une salle d'eau, et d'un WC indépendant. A l’étage, en mezzanine lit double deux couchages (160).
A l’extérieur, agréable terrasse avec mobilier de jardin. Possibilité de stationnement dans la rue.

Les avantages de cette maison : Proximité plage (400m), proximité piste cyclable, à 10 minutes en vélo du centre-ville de Saint-Denis d’Oléron. Ménage inclus.
