The house offers you all the equipment allowing you to fully enjoy your holidays: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven and microwave), TV, DVD and HI-FI system, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue, bicycles.
Pets not allowed. Non smokers. Sheets and household linen not provided.
Ideally located, the house allows you to explore the north of the island of Oléron on foot by the sea or by bike: Chassiron lighthouse at 4.8 km.
Fort Boyard and the Isle of Aix are accessible by boat (daily crossings in summer) and by cycle paths you can explore the rest of the island, sea and marsh.
