Welcome to Hillside Hideaway!

Hillside Hideaway is a spacious 5 bed/5bath cabin located only one mile off of the parkway providing easy access, yet still tucked away in a secluded area. With a theater room, game room, two private decks and a hot tub, this cabin is sure to provide a fun and comfortable stay for everyone!

Amenities include:

- Theater seating on lower level with Large TV

- Game Room with two arcade games (Big Buck Hunter and a multicade), pool table and TV

- Hot tub (6 seats)

- Two private decks with rockers

- Fireplace

- Outdoor charcoal grill

- ROKU TV in each bedroom and shared space (8). TV includes: Disney Bundle (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+). Other streaming apps available with guest login

- WiFi

- Hardwood floors throughout

- About 2,600 sq. ft. 4 King beds, 2 bunk beds, 2 pull out couches. Each room has its own bathroom. Linens are included for all beds and pull-out sofas. Towels, washcloths, and basic soaps included in all bathrooms

- Full kitchen stocked with coffee maker (need to provide your own coffee), crock pot, fridge/freezer, blender, mixer, pots/pan, utensils and more

- Washer/Dryer

- Close distance to Dollywood, The Old Mill District, Gatlinburg, and all activities on the Parkway!

- Parking: Driveway is able to hold 3-4 cars depending on the size


GUEST ACCESS:

Check-in details and door code will be sent to you a couple of days prior to your arrival. We are owner operated! No meeting for keys, just arrive at the cabin! We are real people with real jobs just like you!


OTHER DETAILS:

- All guests must be 21+ (children with parents are allowed)

- 14 Human Max (Message us before booking if you have more than 14 people and we’ll try to accommodate you)

- No Pets

- We provide a starter pack of toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels and soap. You may need to buy more. Shampoo/Conditioner not provided

- You will likely see and hear critters. If you see a bear during your stay whether in the park or in the driveway do not feed it. Stay away from it. They are dangerous. Bears are RARE!

- We only send maintenance to the property during your stay with extenuating circumstances

- The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

- Kids are to be supervised at all times. NO kids outside on the decks without parents

- No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $50 charge

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control

- Condiments, zip locks are not provided

- If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100, plus damages

Clean cabin close to everything

We spent three nights at this cabin for a spring break trip. It was perfect for 12 people and very close to everything we wanted to do in Pigeon Forge. The owner was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again.

Marriage retreat

Our group consisted of four couples who came for The Great Smoky Mountains Marriage Retreat in Pigeon Forge. This cabin checked all the boxes for us. Each couple had a king size bed with en-suite bathroom. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living room for our for playing cards and watching tv. The location was one of the best things for us, so convenient! We didn’t experience any problems during our stay. Joshua was a great host!

Perfect location, great host, just needs quite a few repairs.

The property is generally about 5-6 mins (depending on traffic) to anywhere in Pigeon Forge. The house was decently clean and the host was quick to respond to messages. The house is spacious and I love that each bedroom had comfortable beds and attached baths. What I did not love was the 13 things I found that needed to be repaired. I just felt like for the cost of our stay there shouldn’t have been that many things needing repair. I would stay there again if I had confirmation that the repairs had been done and if the loud vinyl mattress covers had been switched out for quiet clothe mattress covers.

The cabin was great and spacious for all 14 of us. Location to Pigeon Forge was wonderful. Communication with host was good and quick responses. Will be back.

Cabin stay with family

The cabin was not as clean s others I have stayed in. Even though Location was perfect Easy drive to all activities in Pigeon Forge. I would not rent this cabin again.

Can’t beat the location in the Pigeon Forge area !!!!!

Great location in Pigeon Forge. 8-10 mins from most things including grocery store. New build and backs up to a wooded area. 5 bedrooms with full baths in each. Quiet area even with building of new homes in the area. Host provided excellent communication as well.

We came down to play at the Ripken Tournament and the location was perfect. It was great to unwind between games and very convenient during a rain delay. Only hiccup was the parking. Rather tight squeeze for four suvs to fit in the driveway. Overall great spot!

Family Gathering

This was the perfect property for 4 families from 4 states to meet and explore the Smokey Mountains. We were close to Pidgeon Forge making it easy to shop and do activities. The entrance to the park and drive to Gatlinburg were easy. The property was perfect for our needs. The kids loved the theater and video games. The large kitchen and dining area made it easy to prepare and serve meals. The ensuite bathrooms allowed each family to have their own suite and bathroom. We loved the many features including the hot tub and multiple decks with rocking chairs. We would definitely stay here again.

Great cabin

This is a great cabin for a vacation. My whole family stayed together and yet there was plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed the play room. Me too! And the hot tub was awesome!!I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others I know.
