A short drive from the village of Montauroux, this magnificent villa welcomes you in an exceptionally peaceful setting. In addition to a pool, it also spoils its guests with beautiful views of the Siagne gorge and the village of Saint-Cézaire-sur-Siagne, located at the very top of a hill. The house awaits you in a newly developed residential area with private villas on separate plots. Air-conditioned bedrooms belong to this villa, which is exceptionally large and very bright, and a lawn and several play areas await children in the 2,100 m² garden. The teak terrace is as long as the villa and also surrounds the swimming pool. It is partly pleasantly shaded and ideal for convivial meals overlooking the pool.
