large villa of 190 m2 with swimming pool, 4 spacious bedrooms including a master suite with bathroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs with 1 bathroom and separate toilet. 3 beds of 160 cm and 1 bed of 140 cm. There is an additional 80 cm bed in one bedroom. Reading room with TV (WIFI connection). Very spacious and beautiful terrace facing south, beautiful garden with south terrace for lunch. Very large very well equipped kitchen. Boules, barbecue and patio north side kitchen with breakfast table. No vis-à-vis, very quiet, and the village of Montauroux access on foot (1 km)
