About this property

Chateau 2 Surf is a duplex one block from the beach and boardwalk. This house is made up of two condos. The floor plan to each condo includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a full stocked kitchen, and living room. Each condo has it own spacious porch. There is access to grill on site. This is great for groups that are traveling together can enjoy each others company and still have separate private space as needed.

Downtown Location:
Chateau 2 Surf is just 1 short block from the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach. Spend your days exploring the shops, rides and attractions, or sun bathing and swimming on our safe, clean, free beach. We are conveniently located right next to a crosswalk, so getting back and forth throughout your stay is safe and easy. There is a bus stop close by and a trolley located on the boardwalk if you'd like to leave your car in the provided parking spot while you explore OC. We are also very close to Jet Ski and pontoon boat rentals, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises, miniature golf and so much more. Want to stay in and relax? Watch the sunrise or the hometown parades from our spacious porches.

Not worth the money

We rented 2 units .. No laundry facilities at a beach rental?? Who does that? Only provided one towel per adult for a 5 day stay ! When asked for more it took 2 days to get them. Owner does not respond quickly at all .. Parking terrible . Units were dirty and small . Might be fine for frat boys but not a family. On arrival we put all our food and my daughters breast milk in the fridge and when we came back after dinner and out everything was warm and had to be thrown out . We contacted them and they did come but basically said it was our fault bc it was working earlier . Maybe it was but it wasn’t when we got back after 5 hours and had to throw everything out. Not even an apology just a “you must’ve left it open” come to find out they had to be reset so weren’t working for 24 hours after we got there already destroying everything we brought. Asked for more towels bc we were given 1 per adult for a 5 day beach stay! Took 2 days and two messages! All in all bad communication and dirty units with hardly anything In them . No tissues , paper towels even dish towels .. don’t waste your money . If I could post pictures of the dirty bathroom I would ..
