Shell House, Condo 1417, professionally managed by Azure-Properties and located in the Shores of Panama Resort, with a highly desirable reserved parking spot located on the 3RD FLOOR. The age requirement to rent this condo is 21. There is an $75 on-site resort packet required by the resort for your 1 parking pass & 6 RFID amenity armbands.
**Note: There is no access for vehicles considered "oversized". The maximum height is 6 feet, 11 inches. Vehicles cannot exceed the normal length of 18 feet including hitches or any other attachments and a width of 8 feet, 6 inches.

This condo has both a regular coffee maker & a Keurig coffee pot.

2 )Are beach chairs provided? Beach towels? Beach Toys?
Yes. Beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach wagon, and beach towels are provided inside the condo for the guest to use. The resort also has a "Take a toy, Leave a toy" bin in the pool area by the beach access gate with kids toys & floats guests are welcome to use.
