"A very nice well equippe...

"A very nice well equipped villa in an excellent location. It is sufficiently high enough to enjoy really beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding hills but also close enough to be able to walk to the beach within 10-15 minutes. The owners speak very good English and are delightful to deal with. Highly recommend this villa for a good family holiday."

"Fantastic property in al...

"Fantastic property in all respects - location, accommodation, pool, terrace and garden. Fully equipped with everything just as it should be. My father in law was particularly delighted with his independent studio by the pool. .....and not forgetting the friendly assistance of Rene who came to tidy up the terrace after a stormy evening. An idyllic base to have whatever kind of holiday you desire. "

there was nothing left to be desired

we had a really great vacation. the house was exactly as described and very neat. gerard, the owner, is very reliable and the contact by mail happened always within hours. the location is calm with a great view, nevertheless you are in town or at the beach in 5 minutes by car. we were a big family with 8 persons and a baby and it was helpful, that every couple had its own bathroom. for the baby the owner organised a special tub and a changing table, which was really considerate. we d´like to come again!

Great villa for family vacation

We can fully recommend this villa for a great time in the area ! Upon arrival we were welcomed by the local maintenance contact, all very well organized and prepared by the proprietors. The villa is beautiful and charming, and is extremely well kept and clearly cherished by the owners' family, who are regularly using the house as well. The villa was perfect for our family with two sons. The proprietors keep a current book with suggestions for shops and nice restaurants etc. in the area, which proved very helpful. The local maintenance contact is very reliable and can always be approached in case of questions. The contractual and administrative aspects all worked very fine and reliable. We would be more than happy to return for a further vacation.

Wonderful holiday in early summer

We stayed at this wonderful villa for a week and everything was to our delight! We were three generations staying at the villa, which was just perfect to accommodate us. We all had our own separate, well-spaced, living areas complete with separate bathrooms and closets. The villa also has great common areas including a beautiful terrace overlooking the ocean and the wonderful green hills of southern France. There you may enjoy the afternoon sun in the comfortable outdoor lounge furniture or marvel at the sunset. The house and the pool area were great and the view is just spectacular! This villa will make you feel just like home and we didn't miss a thing. The villa is situated in a quiet, secluded area, but still only a comfortable 15-20 minutes walk from the small town. In the town you can find stores to buy groceries or clothing, and also a small port where you can find restaurants, café's and more. We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax and have a great time on the French riviera!

Tres agreable et très belle villa

C'était notre second séjour dans cette agréable villa que nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir...Bien située, au calme mais pas trop loin des commerces et des plages de Cavalaire et de Gigaro (La première plage est a 800M) La maison est très bien décorée et équipée. Magnifique vue mer et collines du conservatoire du littoral donc sans aucune construction. Grande piscine parfaitement sécurisée pour les enfants. Le propriétaire est très soucieux du bien être des locataires et fait tout pour faciliter votre séjour Air conditionné dans toute les chambres si nécessaire.. Une excellente adresse à recommander "

superbe villa

Pour notre deuxième séjour à la Quemada, nous avons retrouvé le même plaisir que la première fois. La situation est idéale, au calme dans les hauteurs, mais à quelques minutes du centre et du port de Cavalaire, et à quelques minutes à pied des premières plages. La vue est magnifique, sans vis-à-vis, face à la mer et aux collines préservées. Quant au jardin, c'est un petit bijou. Pour nos enfants en bas-âge, l'accès à la piscine est parfaitement sécurisé et les chambres climatisées à l'étage ont été un confort apprécié. Enfin, la décoration, les équipements intérieurs et extérieurs rendent la vie quotidienne agréable, même avec cinq enfants... Un bonheur de maison.

Excelente location

Superbe maison avec piscine et vue sur la mer. La maison est très bien équipée, bien sécurisée pour les enfants. La belle plage Bonporteau est à 5 minutes à pied. On a toutes les condition pour un séjour parfait.

magnifique séjour dans une maison tres bien soignée et décorée avec gout et qualité. le propriétaire et son gardien son très attentif au bien être des locataires et agissent à la moindre sollicitation. "Séjour très agréable dans cette maison très bien équipée avec notamment un mobilier neuf. Un très bon point pour la piscine et son pool house. Très belle vue sur les collines préservées et sur la mer. Propriétaire très prévenant donnant les "bons plans" de la région et accueil apprécié avec une bouteille de vin rosé au frais."
