Outside the resort, 2.2 km from the centre of Champex, in a secluded, quiet position, 1.8 km from the lake, 50 m from the stream. Private: property, natural garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sun terrace, washing machine. Narrow motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, public parking 1 km. Shop 2.1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bakery 1.8 km, bus stop 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km. Tennis 1.8 km, chair lift 1.3 km, ski school 1.8 km, ski-kindergarten 1.8 km, sled run 1.3 km, ice rink 2.3 km, fishing possibilities 1.8 km.
"Dufaux", 5-room chalet 120 m2 on 2 levels. Very simple and wooden furniture furnishings: large living/dining room with wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Large kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Bathroom, sep. WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with 1 french bed (1 x 160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 large room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small terrace, garden, lawn. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains, the countryside and the forest. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 1 (1 voiture) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Beau chalet calme entouré de nature

Très beau chalet dans un écrin de verdure. Les myrtilles et les fraises des bois abondent autour du chalet. Les enfants peuvent jouer sans problème. Calme, mais proche d'autres chalets. Plusieurs possibilités de randonnées. Le chalet est original, les espaces sont grands. Seules 3 chambres sont fermées, la 4ème est ouverte. Escalier d'accès au 1er étage très raide et glissant, pas adapté aux enfants. Comme le chalet est ancien, il est très mal insonorisé, un seul pas s'entend dans tout le chalet

Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz. Es hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und einen Ofen zum Einfeuern. Es besteht die Möglichkeit zum Wandern oder Spazieren, der Wald liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Für uns war das Haus optimal.

Charmantes Chalet in atemberaubender Bergwelt

Die Natur, die Umgebung, die Nähe zum Dorf und zum See, der Garten: alles fantastisch! Das Haus: Einfachheit ist auch mal schön! Das Klo und Bad jedoch zu eng dimensioniert, die versprochene Filterkaffeemaschine nicht vorhanden und die laut knarzenden Bodenbretter haben uns Nerven gekostet - vor allem, wenn die Kinder schliefen! Die Terrassenmöbel könnte man noch ergänzen... Aber die Landschaft und die möglichen Aktivitäten sind auf jeden Fall eine Reise wert!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Kohle für Grill und Holz für den Kamin waren schon vorhanden! Leider waren das Bad und das WC sehr kalt (kalter Boden und keine bzw. nicht immer laufende Heizung), was etwas unangenehm war. In diversen Zimmern hat die Heizung nicht richtig funktioniert. Ansonsten sehr empfehlenswert!

Paradiesisches Haus mitten in der Natur

Verträumtes Holzhaus mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die wir uns gewünscht haben: Kaminofen (endloser Holzvorrat vorhanden), gemütliche Sitzecke davor, großer Ess- und Spieltisch für die Familie und großzügige Schlafzimmer. Bad und Toilette sind einfach, aber funktionierten bestens. Alles war extrem sauber. Das Haus strahlt Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit aus, perfekt zum Ausspannen (ich musste allerdings ab und zu abends arbeiten, und das Internet war tadellos). Toll ist auch die Lage: Unsere jugendlichen Kinder waren trotz Herbstwetters ständig in den Wäldern und am Bach unterwegs, beide nur wenige Schritte den praktisch autofreien Weg hinunter entfernt. Auch mehrere schöne und gut ausgeschilderte Wanderwege beginnen beinahe vor der Haustür. Zum Bäcker kann man morgens laufen, ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Bei der Abfahrt mussten wir den Kindern versprechen, dass wir bald wiederkommen.

Déception par rapport à l'offre

Belles proportions du chalet, mais l'intérieur pourrait largement être remis au goût du jour en gardant son cachet. Tout est vieillot, il faut passer par la cuisine pour aller à la minuscule salle de bains et aux toilettes.... Cuisine "agencée" d'un autre temps, strict minimum pour cuisiner. Draps et linges de toilette propres mais les linges dégagent une légère odeur de fumée de cigarettes... pas appréciable. Par contre, poussière sous les lits, ménage rudimentaire. Et il faut payer 27.-/personne pour cela !! Literie très très moyenne. Bref rapport/qualité prix très décevant.
